Summary: The application as i experienced as HRM was excellent which full fill the requirement, we suggest to our customer if they want startup in their organization with any open source application.

Positive: Open source and easy to setup the application, very easy to understand the functionalities also maximum functions to fit to requirement of any small or big organization.

Negative: Not any specific cons i found as i required it fit to needs of the company.

Summary: As the installer it's pretty painless, the HR team seem to be quite happy with using the product and it has been very stable and reliable.

As a business application, this is what we want.

Positive: * Easy to install. No complex requirements.
* Learning curve for users was good.
* Interface is responsive

Negative: * Needs more design work around DR capability (beyond backup/restore). This would elevate it as an option in bigger companies.

Summary: Easy and friendly, once running everything goes fine. Best software for human resources software by far, could use more features but it's up to you guys, some integrations would be ok.

Positive: Easy to use and understand, friendly with user in front and back end, great color interface.
Easy buttons.

Negative: None so far.

Summary: In the age of HRM software being locked behind multiple paywalls, it's very fresh to find something open source and fully functional.

Positive: Easy to setup with great documentation, very open about what the software can do and can't do. Fully open source.

Negative: Training non-technical people with it was tough but that would happen with any software.

Summary: Overall, it's good if you're looking to host on the cloud with OrangeHRM, but if you're looking to self-host you should look elsewhere.

Positive: Has good pricing for those who don't need something too fancy. Has an easy to use interface as well.

Negative: The open-source version isn't regularly maintained so it doesn't have the best design.

Summary: Highly recommend! Great for the price and functionality is very robust. Good user interface and easy to get started with.

Positive: Really robust built-in options. Fast and easy to use out of the box. Good product support and documentation.

Negative: Some customizations are hard to implement and doesn’t allow for many alternatives.

Summary: I have used this in my development environment for automation of employee onboarding for the last year. It is, in my opinion, the best open-source HRM software that I found for this purpose at least!

Positive: - Flexibility of setting up the instance
- Clear and easy-to-use interface
- Bulk-import of employees using a CSV file

Negative: - Missing an employee export (to CSV) capability
- Unable to bulk-edit values on multiple employees

Summary: Overall a vast experience software, needs some technical expertise to complete all fields, customer support is superb but only for paid support or on the cloud, for the open source it's an expensive affair as its community support and pay per instance is expensive.

Positive: Good design.
Rich Features.
Some Pre-configured data for a good start-off.
Easy to learn software but after that backend gets confusing.

Negative: Manual creation of time stamps.
Customization costs are high.
Cloud service costs are expensive.
Leave day application units are very confusing.
While adding new type of leave, one needs to go back to templates and create a new one.
Confusing UX.
UX shows all fields which confused our users.
HR spends a lot of time resolving Fields related issues.
Cancel leaves is complicated, one needs to go to reporting manager who then needs to raise a ticket with IT and then they go to developer to log a ticket. This is very time taking.

Summary: It's very good for people who really use all the features, it needs some edits to make it easier for new users.

Positive: The design is so good and comfort for eyes. A lot of features but for a person as me i do not need for all that features.

Negative: The pricing i think is high, a lot of features that makes it harder to use.

Summary: Over all experience of this system is good. I really liked the process of leave application and employee management. Only thing remaining is payroll.

Positive: Easy to manage leaves.
Easy to maintain employees record.
Easy to manage attendance and absences.
Easy to track down holidays.
Employee dashboard also good.

Negative: It should have the option to manage salaries and Bonuses including deductibles.
It does not allows you to configure special working day.

Summary: Overall, I think OrangeHRM is a great software for any organization that needs to have an HR solution. Easy to use with lots of info available about features.

Positive: Lots of useful features and a great overall design/intro to HR system. Pricing is fair especially with the free trial.

Negative: I think there are certain features that just aren't there. I also wish that there was easier ways to get support.

Summary: I am very satisfied with this product in whole, it is easy to use and effective, especially for free.

Overall I think this is a really great software, especially for smaller non-conglomerate businesses.

Negative: Would love to see more authentication options. Otherwise I think it's great

Summary: The software is good, However, they should change the design to be more comfortable for the user, and maybe add the interaction with other apps.

Positive: It's a good product and can help you to manage the information of your people, and you can use free.

Negative: The mane and some features are a little old, the design can improve and do the menu more interactive.

Summary: Overall i will give 8.5/10

This product am using for past 2.5 years and it is user friendly and ease to use.

Positive: * easy to develop the program
* All the modules are covered
* Detail modules for recruitment team, large scale software
* Email and notifications
* Easy to install and use.

Negative: * Less modules on the free version
* This software is more focused on talent management

Summary: We have been using it for a long time. Easy to use user friendly. Report Generation and all is good.

Positive: Features and accessibility. Report creation, timesheet management, managing employee's leaves.

Negative: The system is good, works efficiently and manages our all requirements.
