Summary: I've been using this software around 3years for handling my HR management related work and looking forward to be connected with it for a long time. It's been very easy to monitor the team's activities, job profiles, rating, leave managements etc.. Overall, very satisfied using it and can say this is one of the best HR management software.

Positive: Orange HRM has the most reliable feature that how simply a user/admin can understand his/her HR scope in the career prospect. Easy to manage, track and analyze the team's performance which is the upmost requirement for an organization to grow. It's excellent UI interface allows user to explore and understand each module of the software.

Negative: Under My Info module of the software, it's pretty difficult sometimes to update salary & job details which updates after trying multiple times. Login becomes difficult sometimes during inputting the login credentials. Updates rolled out are less which can decrease the user interaction level.

Summary: We started using it some time ago, and it has always worked perfectly for us, even when we had to upgrade the software, it is a very useful tool for managing the HR area, it includes everything you need and more.

Positive: Easy to use.

Negative: We can say that it could be said that a disadvantage is that it is in php, but its functions are excellent.

Summary: Good experience with the product but may support for open source may be extended. Recruitment board may be extended.

Positive: It is good product, most of the modules are good to use, it help to manage the complete HR module as per the requirement.

Negative: Job Portal is not good, it should be improved and made better.

Summary: I like the ease of use in this HRMS.

Positive: I explored many options, then got to know about OrangeHRM, I think this is the option I was looking for, where I have everything at one place.

Negative: I have not found any cons yet, there are some enhancements, but as good as of now.

Negative: Nothing in particular. To install requires some expertise for non IT person.

Summary: Overall, I think it's good experience, definitely will try to use the software again in the future.

Positive: Easy to use: helps users find the information they need quickly, instead of looking for manual/training materials etc.

Negative: Free trail is only about 30 days, it's a little short.

Summary: Easy to setup open source project and functionality, covered all basic and primary function suitable for any organisation. Light graphic and good UI.

Positive: Php project. Popular language and easy to setup. Open source project with very common and best functionality.

Negative: Can tell about but each have cons as well i don't recognised any specific yet.

Summary: We love Orange due to the fact it does way more than any HRM and it is stable. We self host and had it crash 1 time in 10 years of use and that was not from Orange but MYSQL.

Positive: Has the most features of any self-hosted products.
East to train Department heads to Hire, check time sheet and to evaluate employees.
Makes life way easier to onboard right off application.

Negative: Set up is time consuming but well worth the time once it is set up.

Summary: Since it is a small company, we have to save money wherever possible. This makes it possible for us to have a great system and put our focus on employees.

Positive: This software works great for our business.

Negative: I wish it was able to be used online. Only one person on my team is able to input and relay information.

Summary: This is the best HRM solution out on the market for a couple of years now. Updates has proven that it only gets better and better. Kudos to the team.

Negative: - Database extraction is a little technical for average users.

Summary: Excellent one, i would like to recommend this to all management students to make use of this software to understand company’s org chart.

Positive: This software is user friendly and easy to adopt in small scale industries . Particularly students can perform projects via this.

Negative: All perfect no cons, more awareness needs to be done.

Summary: It reduced my working time on employee engage system. Very useful for HR admin and for the employee also.

Positive: It has reduced my employee time to keep working on excel. It's easy for the employees also for their attendance system.

Negative: We didn't find any cons in the system. It's working smoothly.

Summary: The software was great, we went from having all our HR info on excel spreadsheets to a cohesive system. We have since moved to a different software but the only reason we changed is because our new system links our CRM, HRM, Inventory and Marketing tools in one single platform, otherwise we would still be using OrangeHRM. It is a really great tool.

Positive: Liked the ease of use, setup was simple and day-to-day use of the software was great.
Also liked how we could pick modules that suited our needs rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Negative: Nothing; everything was great. The set up support was super helpful and the software did what we needed it to do.

Summary: As a beginner of the system I have nothing to say. Overall system is good as of now.

Positive: It's all about attendance system and employee engage system. I have enjoyed the employee onboarding system.

Negative: There are no cons I have observed in the system. Overall system is good.

Positive: This is really awesome product and best suited for small scale to medium scale industries. User friendly and effective handling employees data starting from recruitment till their last working day/hours. Also handles rehire process efficiently without much paper works. Also provides hassle free rehire process which is high importance for HR personnel. Immediate termination is high demand feature and that is much needed functionality for HR. Over OrangeHRM Provides 360 degree solution for all kind of user life cycle related business use cases.

Negative: It is better to include more details about user base best suited for Orange HRM along with product details. Also elaborate more about scalability of the product, so that customers will get more confidence about the future of this product. Otherwise everything is good.
