Summary: Great ATS. Easier than most other recruiting software we used and full of features. There are no extra costs as all features are included in both plans so it's pretty hard to beat the value of their 15 plan when comparing it to other recruiting software.

Positive: Clear interface and features that cover the every step of the hiring process. My favorite tools are the automated job posting and the possibility to invite hiring managers to participate in the hiring process.

Negative: At the end of the 14 days trial we were still evaluating other options so it would have been great for them to extend it for another week. We didn't get the extension but still went with them as the software was the most promising. Luckily we haven't got any regrets regarding our choice.

Summary: Used Manatal for over 6 months, it really helped us structure our recruitment processes and candidate database. It is super simple to use and integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar. The mass import of candidates and resume parsing is a huge time saver!

Positive: All the traditional features of ATSs are there, plus a couple of unique features like social media enrichment. Very easy to use, great value compared to other competitors when comparing the feature/price ratio. No complicated implementation, simply login and use the app.

Negative: A video guide to setup and customize the career page would be great, and more templates to customize.

Summary: I love to use Manatal, excellent tool that covers everything from sourcing to after placing candidates!

Positive: It has been a great tool to help us scale our sourcing operations. Recruiting is now easier, candidate database management is super efficient as the system identifies automatically the best suited candidates and presents them to the recruiter.

Negative: No big complaint at this point. In a perfect world I would like to see WhatsApp messaging included in the platform but from all the ATS we tested none of them offered that feature.

Summary: The platform is very intuitive, and helps us serve our clients more efficiently. I recommend any agency to give a try to their free trial and see for themselves if it answers their needs.

Positive: The implementation was very easy and with the training provided to me and my team we were fully operational in a matter of hours. Thanks to the customer support for that! There are many features that make our lifes easier such as the recommendation engine which screens candidates according to job descriptions. The custom career page builder allows us to have our own career page without having to do any coding or such. Lastly the pricing is the best we have found in the market, very straightforward and with no extra costs.

Negative: The career page is customizable and the provided template are good but I would like to have more options to customize the career page such as more templates.

Summary: Very good ATS. Has everything one can wish for from a recruitment software for a very affordable pricing plan.

Positive: The software has everything we need to to run our recruitment more efficiently. Social media enrichment and AI based recommendation are two things that we really appreciate and that other ATS don't have.

Negative: Almost everything can be customized to meet our requirements, which can get a little confusing at first but thankfully the support team is very reactive.

Summary: I would recommend any business to try it. They offer a 14 days trial, and then the cheapest paid version only costs 15 and includes all the features. The support team is excellent and very helpful. They provided us with a full training which got us fully operational with an hour.

Positive: The platform is very affordable, only $15 per month, which is great for small businesses which want to try it out and see if it really works for them. The UI is very intuitive and it integrates easily with Gmail and Google Calendar.

Negative: There is no option to SMS candidates within the platform, only to send email and schedule activities.

Summary: Great software. A quick demonstration to my boss and we made the transition from Excel. Convincing him was also made a lot easier since it's the most affordable ATS in the market. The software helped us reduce the time to hire, cost per hire and improve the quality of hires.

Positive: First it is very easy to use. It also allowed us to automate lots of tedious tasks and greatly increase our efficiency. Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar makes it so that we almost never have to leave the platform to communicate with candidates.

Negative: The product includes all that is needed to conduct an efficient recruitment process. However as it is still an evolving software it doesn't integrate yet with all local job boards. We have requested a couple to their support team and two have been added so far. Hopefully the rest will come soon.

Summary: Very easy to implement (simply login on your browser) and very easy to use, I recommend the software to anyone wanting to step up their recruitment efforts.

Positive: The platform highly customizable and allows us to work with our vendor directly within the platform. The price is transparent and affordable, plus the price increases as I add users and not as the database increases. This is a pricing system I prefer.

Negative: While it's possible to add our logo and company name. It's not possible at this point to change the interface color. This would be a nice addition.

Summary: Overall I highly recommend it. It really helped us make placements faster, and we have a better overall vision on what everyone is doing as all the information is centralized in the platform.

Positive: 1. Great UI: very easy to use. 2.Finding the most relevant to a job in a large database can be done by simply uploading a job description. 3. CRM tools to manage clients and communication. 4. The feature to manage placements is great to keep track on candidates placed until the end of their probation period. 5. Mailchimp integration allows us to easily run follow-up campaigns with candidates.

Negative: SMS messaging to candidates is not added at the moment, however it is on the development roadmap.

Summary: Overall very good I can say that I recommend Manatal to anyone looking for an ATS.

Positive: Easy to use. The mobile version works well. All the tools are there
to conduct an efficient recruitment process.

Negative: Some improvements could be made to the interface to make it
look a little better.

Summary: We use the software for both our internal recruitment and more importantly to find and manage the workforce we outsource. Since we have started using the software we have drastically improved our efficiency and its made our lives much easier so I'm more than happy to recommend Manatal.

Positive: All the tools needed to do recruitment efficiently, for the best price in the market. Very easy for anyone to use. We do everything in the platform, from finding candidates and managing clients, to handling communications and scheduling activities.

Negative: For the value it offers it's hard to complain. Plus they are constantly adding new features and improving the existing ones

Summary: We are a staffing agency so we use it for our central piece of business software and thus we use it for applicant tracking as well as managing all of our job orders. In addition to this we use it as our customer relationship management tool with all of our clients and client contacts.
Very easy to use from a work flow perspective in adding candidates linking them to jobs and following them through the process.
Great plugin for browsers, Outlook and Word to easily import resumes and candidate profiles.
They are regularly updating the systems so you get ongoing improvements.

Positive: Good features and very simple to use. Sourcing candidates from Linkedin is made very easy. Many user types, permissions levels and collaboration tools that allow teams to work efficiently together. The inbox and activities can be synchronized with Gmail and Google Calendar.

Negative: Depending on the type of resume of each candidate, it's rare but happens that the custom resume generator miss one field.

Summary: Very good ATS. Give it a try it, I guarantee it will make your life way easier and improve your recruitment process overall.

Positive: Simple, efficient UI but highly customizable at the same time
(recruitment pipeline, candidate information,..). Tools like the email templates really help a lot with routine tasks. Gmail integration works like a charm and now all conversations with candidates can be archived directly in their profile making it very easy to pick up where a colleague was previously working.

Negative: So far nothing bad to report. The software does everything we need and does it well.

Summary: I've used Manatal in my previous company to manage recruitment and am trying to get my current one to switch to Manatal. I think
that says it all.

Positive: The platform is so easy to use anyone can start recruiting within 30 minutes. Posting jobs on social media and job boards can be done in a few clicks only, all the applicants are funneled directly in the ATS in the specific role and then the AI helps automatically sort the best candidates.

Negative: No option to switch the interface in other language than English.

Summary: Very good experience. We started with a small team on the smallest plan and have now grown to 15+ people. Manatal has surely helped in this growth.

Positive: Basically, all the functions you can expect from an ATS are in here, for a much lower price than what the competition offers. They also release new improvements every week so it's nice to see the product growing.

Negative: Some minor UI improvements could be made in my opinion, but those are really nitpicking.
