Summary: I wanted to publish this to let readers know I appreciate Manatal and highly recommend it. Through my career in talent acquisition, I've worked with a lot of solutions, and I can say that Manatal has been a fantastic partner.

Positive: They offer an easy way to create and manage clients, everything can be done in just a few clicks, and even the resume-parsing takes only a split second. Also, another pro is the outstanding level of their customer service.

Negative: Manatal is a fantastic tool, and I just wish I had discovered it sooner rather than later.

Summary: Best ATS + CRM out there. Very easily adopted by the whole team and loved by our clients who are able to work with us directly on the platform.

Positive: Very easy to set up and use. Has all the tools necessary to manage candidates and clients. Very good support.

Negative: No Thai language translation of the interface at the moment.

Summary: We've been using Manatal for about a year. The whole team loves it as it is very easy to use and covers all processes of a recruitment agency.

Positive: Manatal's features are very easy to use and grasp. Awesome job ad posting that automatically centralizes all applications (saves us a lot of time).

Negative: Customizing the interface and more career page templates would be my top feature requests.

Summary: Manatal provides us with a lot of value for a low price. Apart from the price, we chose Manatal since it appeared to be a simple and easy-to-use platform. While competing platforms offered comparable capability, Manatal's emphasis on design and usability, in our opinion, set it apart.

Positive: When the price is weighed against the features, the feature set is quite impressive. Customizability and control of the pipeline are beneficial. For our recruitment process, we required an ATS that enabled us to simply access, search for, and contact candidates. Manatal fits all of these criteria, in addition to a few more. When I had a question, their online chat support was rather responsive. Additionally, we are able to integrate our job postings seamlessly across a range of free and paid job boards.

Negative: I wish I could change the UI menu to our company's color.

Summary: Simply great tools at a great value and easy to use. Happy users with no intention to change ATS anytime soon.

Positive: Ease of posting job ad campaigns from a single platform then receiving application in Manatal. General ease of use as other reviewers have remarked. Lots of CRM features that are indispensable to us as an agency.

Negative: The location setting is sometimes not really precise when entering a candidate or client address.

Summary: It is also very affordable to get started and run. Loads of tools and options to customize. Excellent to centralize all recruitment and client management operations.

Positive: Build and customize your career page in a few minutes only.
Post job ads with a few clicks on all the job boards.
Very easy to use in general.

Negative: No Thai language for the career page right now. This is the main missing function at the moment.

Summary: Greatly helped in making our work more efficient and structured. Highly recommended for any agency out there.

Positive: Easy to use interface that does not feel too overwhelming. The Advanced Search tool conveniently help us rank candidates in our talent pool for teach jobs.

Negative: The Chrome extension is great for creating candidates but I wish it could create contacts as well.

Summary: Very well priced and and brings tools that really add value. Support is very responsive whatever the enquiry is. We are overall very happy with the software.

Positive: Makes made it very easy to source from various channels like job boards, Linkedin or career page and centralize all applications. It is also really easy to use.

Negative: Tweaks in the interface like a select all button would make the software even better.

Summary: If you are looking for a user friendly and affordable recruitment software then I would recommend Manatal without question.

Positive: We have been using the software for our agency and it's really been a breeze even though I am not very tech savyy.
- You can connect your Gmail to easily interact with candidates and other contacts in the platform.
- Live chat in which you usually get a response within minutes.
- The app is handy when on the move to review new applicants for example.

Negative: A setting to adjust font size on the mobile app would be very useful since the icons can be a bit small.

Summary: I highly recommend Manatal. If you're a recruiter who manages a number of candidates, this is the solution for you. Very easy to use and gets the job done.

Positive: As a recruiter, Manatal makes a lot of complicated tasks easier. I love the Chrome extension and can automatically post my jobs on a number of job boards like Facebook or Google. It even has a career page builder which I used to build our main website. All of the incoming applications from these arrive directly in the corresponding job, so I don't need to go through different websites to track and manage each candidate. Also big thanks to Rodrigo and their support team for the training they provided.

Negative: Little UI things like the tutorial bar could be improved as it can get in the way. You can close it, but I think it could be better placed elsewhere.

Summary: Very easy to use, even for most of us whom never had used an ATS in the past. It makes collecting candidates from all the different job boards, social media, etc super convenient. We could not go back to Excel and Pipedrive.

Positive: We switched from Excel as a candidate database and Pipedrive as a CRM. Changing was easy, there's no installation at all. We imported all our candidates, jobs, clients and contacts via CSV file. Once that was done, we were good to go. Support and training was also provided for free during the transition, which was not the case for two other solutions we tested. This includes a CRM which allowed us to kill two birds with one stone!

Negative: The possibility to add more media like videos to the job descriptions or add content in different languages in our career portal would add a lot of value for us. Other than that the software does what it does well.

Summary: Highly recommended for any recruiter out there. The software was easy to learn so everyone in the team was operational after a few days only. The support and training provided is also great, there's a live chat in which you can ask your questions directly and they usually respond within minutes only

Positive: Has cut manual entry by a lot, all the while being very easy to use. Candidates apply on the career page and end up in the relevant job ready to be reviewed, or I simply drag-and-drop the resumes I receive and the system creates the candidate’s profile with all the important information. It's also very easy to narrow down on the best candidates in a large candidate database: add a job description to a job and the software automatically ranks candidates based on that description. Lastly, the latest GDPR update is extremely practical to gather data processing automatically from candidates!

Negative: I would like to see them implement a multilingual career page. Currently we can post jobs, disclaimer, etc. in any language but the interface can only be in Spanish or English.

Summary: It happened that I had to build a new team a while back and got to actively recruit alongside our HR Manager. I was lucky enough to start right after our HR Manager began her subscription to the platform (she did so because handling every candidate and opening on Excel sheets started to become tedious and very inefficient). Overall the software really helped us get organized at every step of the process starting from importing our large candidate pool which was split between individual resume and csv files. From there we built a career page, shared all the openings on career boards and began receiving candidates. Without the software no doubt we would have been overwhelmed!

Positive: I loved building a career page. It's super easy and gives you enough options to make something that feels unique. Overall it's ease of use, I had never used an ATS but it only took me a couple of hours to be proficient.

Negative: Merging candidates can be a bit tedious in some cases. Otherwise there nothing I can really complain about so far. The software delivers!

Summary: Overall great value given all the features which are provided. Has made my life easier in many ways by automating tasks like filling candidate information or sharing jobs to job boards. There is also a free trial so it's very easy to give it a try to see if it matches your needs.

Positive: I've been using the platform for a month now. Learning the software was really easy, and for any question I had the support team was really responsive. Lots of things are customizable and there is a tool for everything in the recruitment process. Finally value for money seems to be the best compared to other platforms we've looked into.

Negative: As mentioned previously, there are many customization options, which can feel a little overwhelming and complex when you first try to play with the settings. Thankfully the support team is there and usually answers within minutes.

Summary: The solution is great for mid-sized companies because it's easy to use and implement, scalable and affordable. It has all the features most companies require to conduct their recruitment activities and will definitely cut the time spent doing manual data entry and repetitive tasks. Overall it simply makes a recruiter's life easier.

Positive: I found it very helpful that the software offers an easy to use career page builder. There are a couple of templates available and customizing them is very easy despite not having any web design or IT background. To add to that, the software allows me to post job ads for free across multiple platforms in one click, and all incoming applications are compiled in the software. It is efficient and allows the team and I to allocate our time and efforts elsewhere.

Negative: I have no complaints after a couple of months using the software. However I'd like to see more email templates added and the possibility to WhatsApp candidates in the platform.
