Positive: Since we have been Manatal's customers for more than a year, we can confidently say that we are completely satisfied with the level of service they provide for us. Reviewers seem to agree that it's easy to set up and use on a regular basis.

Negative: My main wish is that there were more methods to personalize email designs, such as introducing more types of dynamic fields.

Summary: No one used our previous ATS. The UI was terrible, and setting up the "career site" needed technical know-how, so we never used it. After migrating to Manatal, our recruiters' motivation to use an ATS (which was nonexistent with the previous platform) increased, and our hiring process became more efficient.

Positive: Working with Manatal has been a great experience for our team. It looks good and is easy to use. We have reporting tools that we can find bottlenecks, figure out which channels work best, keep track of how well recruiters are doing, etc. It only takes five minutes to launch our career page.

Negative: I'd love to see a way to contact candidates through WhatsApp while keeping everything in the application.

It has improved our day-to-day activities by lowering the amount of time spent on manual labor while simultaneously raising the level of output we achieve.

Positive: I can instantly locate the best candidates by using our database's advanced search functionality, which allows me to search across all of our candidates. What used to take hours can now be done in minutes. Working together with clients and communicating with them is also very simple.

Negative: We believe it would be a fantastic addition to the platform if there was a feature that enabled people to make direct calls to candidates.

Positive: Reliable and capable tools of moving data into the system. It's simple to utilize and put into action. The team helped us get up to speed quickly and easily. Screening is a lot more efficient thanks to tools like candidate scoring and social media features.

Negative: Despite the fact that the system's three pre-designed templates are easy to use, we would want to have more design possibilities available to us.

Negative: Nothing to note here. It combines components of an ATS and a CRM in one package so I’m satisfied that my team and I can handle all of our sales and recruitment tasks here.

Summary: Our company had a lot of important business needs that Manatal has done a great job meeting. Our recruiters like the software, and it had a big impact on how well they did their jobs. The software doesn't necessitate that we have a dedicated software maintainer in our team. The level of customer service provided is unmatched in the industry. The pricing structure is excellent.

Positive: Implementation and database migration were a snap. Since launch, we've witnessed a rise in our top KPIs. Our career page was created in just a few minutes, and Manatal is in charge of the hosting. If we want to add or take away users from our account at any time, the prices are very reasonable. We can always make sure we don't spend too much. It has some of the fastest response times of any software support I've ever dealt with. Instead of just reacting to our suggestions, they truly pay attention to what we have to say.

Negative: There is nothing further to say. Manatal has proven to be a great service despite a few brief outages, which only lasted a couple of minutes on average.

Positive: Excellently-produced video tutorials allow us to quickly master more complex features. We were able to import our candidate database in less than an hour after setting up our account. Multiple new features and enhancements are regularly added. Incredibly quick responses from the customer service team. They deserve a lot of credit.

Negative: Customization options for the UI should be added. Our company's logo is the only thing that can be added at this time.

Summary: Has been very important to the growth of our company. A reliable applicant tracking system is a huge help to us as our agency grows and we have more clients and more candidates. If your business is expanding, this is a good software to invest in.

Positive: ATS and CRM are all in one app. Automated handling of duplicate candidates. Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically. It's very simple to use. Career page with the ability to be customized. There are too many good things about this to list here.

Negative: We'd love something that could do both an advanced search and a boolean search at the same time!

I enjoy being able to share candidates with clients in Manatal directly. When we first heard about it, we were a little skeptical. Negative: Things like the possibility to move our company's logo to a different spot on the career page would be beneficial.

Negative: I'm happy with the platform, and we just got the cherry on top. A new LinkedIn integration has just been released, allowing us to post job openings and receive applications in a couple of seconds.

Negative: So far so good, being able to have multiple languages on our career page would be really beneficial to us.

Positive: Creating a customized career page is a piece of cake even for someone with no technical knowledge. Many job board integrations like LinkedIn allowing to share jobs in a couple clicks. Great support and training and support. Very easy to use.
