Summary: I really like that the environment is user-friendly. The price is really welcoming, the design is also very good.

Positive: I really like the drag and drop feature while creating my emails. I moved from Mailchimp because MailerLite is cheaper and more convenient.

Negative: So far no cons. I do not use all the features like landing pages etc. I use only emails. They are awesome.

Summary: I can't imagine moving away from MailerLite because it has everything I need and more for when my business grows!

Positive: Price, deliverability, feature set, relative ease of use.

MailerLite keeps adding new features and/or improvements to existing ones.

Negative: There's a bit of a learning curve and it's not always easy to find what I need.

Summary: Overall, I am very happy that I decided to make the switch from Mailchimp to MailerLite. It was an effort to accomplish, but worth it and I'm quite happy with my choice.

Positive: I appreciate how functional the program is, and the many tutorials and resources that teach how to use the features. MailerLite is also very affordable in comparison to similar products. I think the MailerLite team is responsive to the needs of customers and on top of industry development to keep it on the cutting edge.

Negative: Not much to say here. I'm pretty satisfied with MailerLite.

Summary: I switched from Mailchimp to MailerLite because of the automations. So much easier and I could have multiple groups and automations going all at once.

Positive: CUSTOMER Support is out of this world. They help with ANYTHING any time of day or night.
Ease and flexibility of automations.
Able to have multiple groups (not just limited based on subscription).
Community they have setup (office hours are the best).
Landing pages.

Negative: I wish I could see more columns on the subscriber list would love to see what groups they are in.

Summary: I am very happy with MailerLite. I am on the paid version and I think it's good value for money. I particularly like the fact that when I get stuck on something and I need help, there's always someone available on the chat to help resolve my issues. Their customer service is great.

Positive: I like the ease of use, I'm not particularly techie and yet I was able to set up my mailing list with no issues and even create my first automation. Which works, by the way!

Negative: My confirmation email when someone first subscribes, often ends up in the spam/promotion folders, so readers may not confirm their subscription. I'm not sure though that it's a problem related to MailerLite or filters in email providers.

Summary: I've recommended MailerLite to all my author friends. It's a fantastic service that really provides a lot of value for the price.

Positive: MailerLite has by far the best features for the price. Even their free plan has loads of things you can use to get your newsletter looking great and functioning like a well-oiled machine. Automation--check, easy to use content blocks--check, landing pages--check. Even a website builder if you need one. Plus an amazing support team who reaches out quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure any issues you have are addressed completely.

Negative: I haven't found anything that has disappointed me about MailerLite.

Summary: This is a perfect solution for my business, very easy to use, reliable delivery, very cost effective and never had an issue with them, highly recommend MailerLite!!!

Summary: Incredible product, I've been all over the email marketing space and I keep returning to MailerLite.

Positive: Simple, fast, but not lacking features. I love the layout and nothing feels clunky or slow. everything is where it needs to be.

Negative: Integrations could go further and I'd love for website tracking to come on the scene.

Summary: I've tried 3-4 other systems, and MailerLite is the best value for most small businesses. Very flexible and powerful!

Negative: Some advanced features, like clicking a link to be added to an interest group, require several steps when setting things up.
The automations are great, but could be organized better.

Summary: I've been using MailerLite for over a year to send weekly emails. It's become a crucial part of my business, allowing me to create and send attractive newsletters.

Positive: MailerLite has some very good features, such as its autoresponders, drag and drop designer, and surveys.

Negative: N/A.

Summary: Overall MailerLite is fantastic. It makes me look forward to crafting emails and seeing the results.

Positive: I find it super ease to use and what has stood out to me most if that support is extremely responsive and helpful. I switched from Mailchimp and am so happy I did.

Negative: I honestly can't really think of any! No complaints!

Negative: Nothing. Everything was as it has to be.

Summary: And, when I get stuck, the concise video tutorials get me to the answer quickly.

Positive: For somebody who had no idea of what I was doing when designing a newsletter and managing subscribers, MailerLite made it so easy.

Negative: I can't think of a thing, except for perhaps giving us a few more options on embedding video. I sometimes struggle with that - but it may well be a Facebook/Instagram issue.

Summary: I feel very comfortable with MailerLite. I can do all actions which I need in the best possible way, very easy and with a responsive answers from MailerLite stuff. They are kind and polite. I have a confidence in MailerLite and I am happy to be a part as customer. Also price is normal for a long term cooperation.

Positive: MailerLite is very transparent and easy and very kind for user. It has nothing too much and nothing too less. It works without any complications. Very kind team sharing answers to my questions at the very first beginning and they are responsive. It is easy to follow new subscribers and their clicks, much better than in Mailchimp. They don't have a list of emails and number of sent campaigns to each and numbers of opens and clicks. That really helps a lot in building a responsive and big e-mail list. It is easy to change from one list to another when needed, great. Deleted or unsubscribed e-mail can come back, perfect! And charged are only active e-mails, fair. And much more...

Negative: It is a little bit slow when opening a new page. Only a little bit, it is ok. I can never see a list of e-mails only from a main list, only together with all other lists. At some moments I would like to filter them our (all other lists) and go through e-mails only in main, basic list, to which all others are connected.

Summary: Very good experience, tools and deliverability. Let's see how it will evolve with more and more mailing users. I would say it's way way better than Mailchimp.

Positive: It's constantly evolving. So you will have new features monthly after a vote of the users. It's nice.

Negative: Lack some features of course, and a lot of things are too simple.
