Summary: Great mailing service and Russian-language technical support. Definitely recommend for cooperation :)

Positive: For a long time I was looking for a newsletter that would integrate seamlessly with WordPress and at the same time have a low price. Satisfied with the service, ease of setup and Russian-speaking support, the guys answer during business hours almost instantly and always help out!

Negative: Lack of ability to copy email from one account to another
There is not enough button by which the subscriber, if there is already in the service database, will not be able to subscribe to the same mailing list again

Summary: This tool is great! :) I have everything I need in one place. I hope the price level stays the same and they keep improving!

Positive: It's very fast and easy to create e-mail marketing campaigns. One tool that offers everything - campaigns, design, subscriber activity, analytics.

Negative: Content editing could be a bit faster and more interactive.

Summary: My overall experience has been extremely positive. I am pleased with the ease of use, functionality and pricing of MailerLite.

Positive: MailerLite is so well thought out, it has every feature and option you can think of. It's well-priced too!

Negative: The only con is that you need to wait a little bit for certain elements to load.

Summary: MailerLite and Canva are the two products you need as an entrepreneur. I could not manage without them without them.
I actually recommend this product to a lot of people.

Positive: I love the amount of content MailerLite share with us and how empowered it makes me feel.
The tools are super user friendly and help me at many different stages of my business.
When you chat with Customer Service they help you right away. It is very efficient.

Negative: I find it confusing that the landing page/ website interface is different than the newsletter one.

Summary: I own one small brand and I love to use newsletters as a way to talk/sell/feed my community, but I'm not that much into technology stuff.
MailerLite surprised me: it is really easy understand and do it all the stuff. Also, the assistance is really 24h and amazing!

Positive: I love your team: when I need them they are always kind and helpful.

I like the personalizations and the design.

Negative: I don't have that much to said in this sense, maybe is a bit difficult find the right size of the imagine for the pop up form.

Summary: I love it. It is easy to use, user friendly. Customer service is quick to respond and knows what they are doing.

Positive: I chose MailerLite because they were only email service that provided certain WooCommerce features that others didn't have.
They have awesome customer service.
Email editor is easy to use and makes beautiful emails effortlessly.

Negative: It would be awesome to have tagging system or maybe not. I am using groups instead.
Don't see cons at the moment.

Summary: I looked over many different email services and MailerLite was the one for me! Price, features, ease of use, and a responsive help desk are all very important to me and MailerLite checks off every box!

Positive: I like that MailerLite has the features I need for a low price when compared to other services. It's great to be able to segment my subscribers so I can provide them the information they need!

Negative: Really very little! I haven't stumbled on anything that I don't like!

Summary: Easy, fast, and so far affordable, recommend to all my friends! You guys even helped me get set up on my website so I can send newsletters- just really nice folks!

Positive: Love how easy it is to use, love that I can see who subscribes, unsubscribes, create different groups so I can send different messages to different subscribers- it's great!

Negative: None, it's fine as it is and I don't know enough about newsletters to make a suggestion.

Summary: I am the web designer for a number of customers, with a strong background in mass mailing. I have worked with most of the email services out there, and MailerLite is by far the best of them all. Best because they all have similar features when it comes sending email, but MailerLite is the most fairly priced and has the best deliverability, from my experience. It also integrates with Elementor and most of the other site builders. I have been creating HTML email for 7 years, including building with Photoshop slices, and MailerLite is my choice.

Positive: Personalized support. I migrated a client's 2,000 strong mailing list to MailerLite and they reached out to me the same day to confirm where the list came from. With MailerLite the same mailing list had a significantly higher open rate for the same list as did our previous service. Also integrates with Elementor.

Negative: I don't know what to say here because there is nothing I don't like about MailerLite.

Summary: There were more tools opened up when I started doing the monthly plan.

Positive: Free to use up to one thousand subscribers to get your feet wet.

Integration to other software is just a few easy steps.

Negative: I haven't found anything negative yet. So far, everything meets my expectation.

Summary: Perfect application, very easy to use and lots of useful functionalities. The prices are reasonable and there's 24/7 awesome support available!

Positive: A very easy-to-use mailing application that allows you to completely build your own newsletter, using drag-and-drop functionality. There hasn't been any case of someone being unable to view your layouts and colors. Every client is able to see your templates. You can divide your subscribers list in groups and segments.

Negative: Our (custom made) CMS has its own email templates for order confirmations and account registry emails. It would be perfect if there was an easy way to copy your beautiful MailerLite email template to use in your own CMS, because in most cases you would like all your company emails to use the same template and match with the brand designs. For now you'd have to stick to any browsers developer tools (code inspector) to copy the email template from your browser. In most cases it's an absolute pain to get the template to show the same design elsewhere.

Summary: Like I said, great service. I know about all the alternatives out there and none of them have ever tempted me because MailerLite really has it all.

Positive: Simple, powerful, affordable. Interface is super intuitive and got all the features I need. Can't think of anything I would change. Great customer service as well.

Negative: Really nothing I can think of. I'm very geeky with coding my own emails and once in a while I have a question that support can't help me with but that's really not something I can expect.

Summary: Overall - very pleased! Haven't dived into all the features yet but simple to build customer lists and groups, navigate around.

Positive: Multiple groups, easy to build emails, haven't tried any templates but created my own, reports are easy, will try automatic birthday wishes! Features rated 4 as I haven't tried A/B campaigns, landing pages yet.

Negative: Had to pay to remove logo, small customer count and would have preferred free until customer count grows.

Summary: I absolutely love MailerLite. It is a great email service. I love the features including the analytics as well as how user friendly it is.

Positive: This is by far the best email system I have ever used. It is user friendly and have amazing features and great support. it is worth the price.

Negative: You will have to get use to scheduling your emails in military time.

Summary: Great experience so far, this autoresponder pricing is logical compared to these other highly expensive autoresponders in the market.

Positive: I like all the features and the pricing is so competitive compared to that highly expensive autoresponder.

Negative: Maybe segmenting and grouping needs to be easier.
