Positive: Easy to use and easy to understand. No problem transitioning and moving my subscribers over. Designing newsletters is quick and easy.

Negative: No cons from my perspective at this time. I have had no trouble with the transition and enjoy designing newsletters for my subscribers.

Summary: I highly recommend MailerLite for any business. I've worked in other systems that are nowhere near as user friendly and do not deliver the pristine look that MailerLite does. The ability to run my web forms and pop ups from here is also a personal favorite. The automations are simple to establish, even for those who have never used an email list system before.

Positive: This system is super user friendly. It's easy to pick up, create, adjust, and explore. I appreciate the stats, too. Plus, the look of the emails are always stunning and make an impact in the inbox.

Negative: Nothing so far. Honestly, I'm a huge fan. I've been able to work within other systems for clients and it takes twice as long (if not more) to do anything.

Summary: It is a good product, better suited for small and medium business users. Also they need to add more features.

Positive: I have been using MailerLite for past 2 years, it working fine with for my business.
Support is also excellent.

Negative: There's not much to say negative about MailerLite. But they need to improve the features compared with Mailchimp or SendGrid and etc.
Need contact management.

Summary: A fantastic resource! Definitely recommend to people like myself who know little about technology but want to set up something that is professional and reliable.

Positive: Easy to use, great support too. I use MailerLite for emails and it also hosts my website. I'm very happy with what I've been able to create on my own with MailerLite, as well as with the quick, knowledgeable and easily accessible support team.

Negative: I's like to be able to embed videos from YouTube into my website.

Summary: Overall, I'm very satisfied with this service and highly recommend ML to my friends and connections.

Positive: MailerLite is brimming with great features that I would have to pay extra for with my previous esp. The design is very intuitive and easy to use. If I do run into a problem, their support team is quick to respond. I often go to the MailerLite YouTube videos to learn more about features I may not be familiar with.

Negative: When I first started using the service, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the features and information. A graphic layout depicting how all the parts relate to each other would be helpful (I'm a visual learner!).

Summary: I absolutely love it! So excited someone told me about MailerLite! I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Positive: I love how easy it is to understand and to use MailerLite. I have used other email marketing platforms and was so confused with what to do and what certain words meant. MailerLite makes it so easy to understand...with definitions right there explaining what they mean! I love it!

Negative: I haven't found any, yet! MailerLite has been super easy to use.

Summary: I am happy and have no plans of going anywhere else. I hope to have time to keep learning about the automations.

Positive: I transferred from a different site--I have a newsletter so was concerned about moving all my subscribers, but you all made the move simple. Setting up by making a template keeps life so easy--I tend to send twice a month and have designed two templates. Now instead of starting from scratch, your template allows me to make simple adjustments. I also can see the open rate, click rate, and subscriber additions and subtractions with ease.

Negative: Sometimes I need simpler or slower instructions in the how-to videos. There's a whole new lexicon involved and I am older so I need a little more time and explanation for understanding things like the automations.

Summary: I have used MailerLite for a couple of years now and have never had a problem.
For any queries I may need help with, the support team are always helpful and quick to fix it.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Positive: MailerLite is so easy and user friendly. I like having my newsletter and website all in one place.
It's easy to create pretty websites and newsletters with the drag and drop function.
Compared to other websites with similar functions, the prices are quite cheap.

Negative: The only drawback for me is the limited number of pages I can create for my website.
I would love to expand, but for the moment it isn't in my budget.

Summary: I came here after using Mailchimp which I found very difficult. MailerLite gives me everything I need

Positive: I really like that because is very friendly and for me its enough! Thank you for everything and for your support.

Negative: I would have liked tutorials in Romanian language.

Summary: Overall I am very happy. I left Mailchimp because they decided that politics were more important than delivering a quality product. I chose MailerLite and have been delighted because - aside from the fact that they aren't woke - the product is actually better.

Positive: Really good drag & drop editing tool. Fairly straightforward automation. Integrations (both loose & tight) with tools like Zapier available. Pretty decent though not awesome reporting. All the basic email types you want - regular, split-test, segments, groups, autoresend.

Negative: I would like to have some tools to do aggregated analysis of groups of emails, campaigns, groups of campaigns. That'd be a nice improvement.

Summary: Great communication tool for small groups, affordable pricing and availability of templates is a big help.

Positive: Ease of use, templates make it a breeze to send campaigns. Love that I can schedule to send out emails at a later date.

Negative: Edit picture feature freezes up at times. Other than that, don't see any other cons.

Summary: Extremely positive! Happy customer!

Positive: I switched from Mailchimp to Mailerlite back in 2019(ish) and I am so glad that I did. I haven't had any issues with creating the types of campaigns that I need for my marketing. Plus, the landing pages, automation, and other features as equally easy to use and come with a ton of customization. Last, I am always impressed with how built-out the resource library is. Best internal resources I've seen in a while!

Negative: Sometimes, it takes a while to load/save changes. Creating takes a bit longer than I would like at times. I have been kicked out at times due to slow loading. It happens rarely, but can be very frustrating and take up more of my time than I would like.

Summary: Love it, it is simple and easy to use and customise to what I need. I like that I can duplicate campaigns and reuse them with a little tweaking.

Positive: I have used other services, but to be honest, they were so much more complicated. I'm busy and I haven't got hours or days to work out how something works, it needs to be pretty much intuitive for me to use and Mailerlite is.

Negative: Resizing images can be confusing (especially logos).

Summary: MailerLite is FANTASTIC, they have everything you need and they're perfect for bloggers. Would 100% recommend.

Positive: They offer everything I need and a ton more at a price I can afford. And when I get stuck, their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and quick. This is the best investment I've made in my business.

Negative: It takes me a while to get used to new features and the learning curve slows me down.

Summary: I've used many other systems over 20 years in email marketing and as a marketing consultant now recommend this over any others

Positive: Relatively easy to use, great support and the emails look great too. I would highly recommend it and have suggested it to a number of my own clients already.
