Summary: Overall, very happy with Issuu and will continue to use! There is definitely room for improvement, but I have been impressed that the Issuu team is very receptive to input and seems committed to making those changes.

Positive: Very easy to use and easy to get help if needed. We shopped the market looking for similar tools and Issuu was top of the line for its simplicity and layout, as well as the tools available. Reasonably priced as well.

Negative: A few functions are clunky-namely the exporting of statistics and the ability to read from a mobile device. We started using the article stories to be more phone-friendly, but they are very time-consuming to create and restructure.

Summary: Perfectly serviceable program that allows one to paste up a magazine from the comfort of one's home.

Positive: The organization -- having separate Flatplan, Articles, Ads, etc sections.

Negative: The "Add Note" function is a little hinky, especially when working on a laptop.

Summary: For our publication purposes, it's really easy to use and makes our publication look more engaging. Our team makes use of the statistics and like that it provides and breakdown by month, publication, user experience of desktop vs mobile device. The provided embed code to use on our website is great as well as the added features of the articles and generation of social media videos to make it easier to reach our audiences/one less thing to worry about.

Positive: - makes your publication more dynamic
- can add videos for the added layer of interactivity,
- can see the statistics of your audience and reach of the publication
- can create social media stories/posts using the publication graphics

Negative: - articles need to be redone when you re-upload a file
- unable to change the publication url
- takes a 1-2 days for customer support to get back

Summary: Overall, I am happy with the response. It was prompt and considering it was nota huge expense, getting this done fast and easy is really appreciated.

Positive: I am new to my company and am actively trying to clean up accounts that incorrectly have sales tax included, of which Issuu was one. I was easily able to create a ticket and get a response back including a credit for three months of the sales tax that was charged on our monthly billing.

Negative: I feel it should be possible to go back to the beginning of the year for this.

Summary: Super user-friendly with tons of options to display our work. The team made sure we were using the system to its fullest capacity and checked in with us often,

Positive: Issuu is super easy to use, offers tons of promotional tools, shows simple but effective statistics for your content.

Negative: Definitely could have more editing tools, also doesn't have many statistics for articles.

Summary: Very good overall experience. It has served a major function for our organization that was hard to manage on our web pages due to limitations on the size of the site.

Positive: We were able to publish over 100 issues of our magazine on the site without problems. It allowed us to create articles that could be shared by our members. Overall, it has been a great resource for our organization.

Negative: I had a hard time figuring out the groups. Eventually it worked out. Make sure you set the path correctly for your publications --- it cannot be changed later. It is tied to your account user name.

Summary: Overall a really good user experience. As I have got to know the platform I have enjoyed using it more.

Positive: Great easy-to-use product. I enjoy seeing it bring our publications to life. I like the stories feature which provides an opportunity to share content over several posts.

Negative: No real cons, some features require a bit of getting to know.

Summary: Overall, the platform is useful. The features are user friendly and support gets back to you in a timely manner.

Positive: ISSUU does a great job of streamlining magazine content and keeping it organized. We can post content on all of our social media sites easily from one spot. It is also easy to embed our publications onto our website. All of the features work very well.

Negative: I don't appreciate constantly being up-sold by ISSUU. It seems like every year you have to get a paid plan for services that were free the previous year.

Summary: Very good solution for hosting pdf as flipbook for free. It has very good features for browsing PDF files as flipbooks on PC or smartphone.

Positive: Simplicity and direct to the point. Good legibility on smartphones. Free to display the pdf on the platform (paid to use embedded code in you website).

Negative: Having to pay for embedded code in the costumer website.

Summary: Terrible. We cannot get a resolution for the issues we are having and the reply emails may take 24 to 48 hours.

Positive: People can see the issues.

Negative: Cannot actulaly spek to a person when there is an issue. just emails back and forth.

Clients have not been able to purchase issues. No one can tell me why.

Summary: Great product, poor customer support. I will sign up again for the paid version when I need it, but I'll be wary if I need customer support.

Positive: The product worked exactly as I hoped and was extremely user-friendly. I would recommend it to anyone needing flipbooks.

Negative: Customer support was terrible. It took me three weeks to resolve my issue and the online chat feature didn't work either time. (Actually, the second time I believe the chat was ended by Maria after she read my request for a refund.)

Summary: Overall I would say that my experience has been great but that is because of Katerina- if it wasn't for her, I would have potentially looked for another system that might meet our needs a little better.

Positive: I like the price, the customer service, and that it meets our need of storing our documents.

Negative: It feels very basic- I think there could be a lot more solutions added to make it feel more solutions-based. I know that we are probably not using it the way that other companies do, but I just see a lot of potential for it.

Summary: I would have not cancelled subscription if there was native video embed functionality. The ads from the video platforms really ruin the look/feel of publications.

Positive: I like the extra functionality of creating videos/snippets. Have not seen that on other platforms. Pretty easy to use overall.

Negative: There is not a way to embed the video natively so you don't have to use YouTube or Vimeo. It looks so sloppy having all the Youtube/Vimeo branding when the video starts.
