Summary: Five stars! I'm very happy with Issuu and couldn't imagine using another distributor. My advertisers love it too. The readers have no complaints.
Positive: Everything! It's very user friendly, my magazine is beautiful. The share options make it easy for all of the advertisers to promote themselves and the magazine. I especially like the article stories-I use them so each author has another professional looking way to promote themselves.
Negative: I wish the article stories that populate were better edited.

Summary: Entirely positive. We took a gamble back in 2011, because you never know which web service will survive and grow and who might fade and disappear.
Positive: Mint Theater Co, an off-Broadway not-for-profit in NYC, has been using ISSUU since 2011. We post our programs and flyers and other "print" material and then link to our website or send links by email. We love being able to track the stats on the life of our materials and the ease with which we can share things with our audience without sending attachments.
Negative: We appreciate that ISSUU keeps updating and improving, but we aren't always paying attention and so sometimes we discover that things have changed and we have to catch up!

Summary: I've used ISSUU daily for well over 7 years so have seen how the software has been developed over a long period of time. As a graphic designer, I use it for digital publications for my clients and it goes down well with them as well. Here's to the next 7+ years...
Positive: Great features, cost effective and reliable customer service. Regular updated keeps the software fresh and ahead of its competitors.
Negative: Nope... can't think of any. Maybe a more human live chat option but I know that's not so straightforward. The live chat feature has only been added this month so I'm sure it's at early stages. I usually use emails for enquiries but they generally get back pretty fast anyway. So no cons :)

Summary: Our University has been using Issuu for over 5 years. We use it primarily for magazines, but other uses include catalogs, guides, and brochures. With each publication, we take advantage of more options that the application provides. It has been a revolutionary tool for our University, taking our seasonal magazine and making it more visible, user-friendly, and interactive. It is a lot of marking power at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Issuu and taking the time to learn the skills to best use it.
Positive: Creating a linkable table of contents and having multiple types of sharing links has extended the reach and interest in our publication. The article feature has made content more accessible and has doubled the number of impressions and reads to our publication. These features, along with the statistics, has helped us to make better decisions as to when to release magazines and the type of content best to accompany them.
Negative: To get the most out of the application, it helps to be technically and design savvy. Knowing what types of PDFs to use and the basics of design layout are the best ways to create quality looking content. For accessibility, creating articles does not meet all standards, but it is closer to compliance than a regular PDF document.

Summary: We have not used the system to its fullest extent yet, but are excited to delve in! We are missing out on using a number of the tools that tie to social media posts and helping to get the word out about several of our publications.
Positive: The system is very user-friendly and offers a number of fantastic social media options. Issuu is a fantastic way to not only house larger documents, but also embed flip options on our website.
Negative: Would love if the publications could be more accessible/follow WCAG rules.

Summary: The issue was managed and solved in 24h, thanks to the customer support. The problem is still there 'cause depends on mobile OS, but I'll continue using Issuu.
Positive: I had an embedding issue on my landing page. The customer support replied every time in 10/15 minutes to my technical and sometimes difficult questions.
They was really helpful and made a real difference.Negative: The embed issue I have is not solvable at this moment. It's a problem about how Issuu is shown on iOS systems. They said they we'll work on it.

Positive: Issuu Rep. Ted was amazing! I was quite frustrated with the site's confusing options and usability and reached out to Live Chat and Ted explained each detail perfectly and went beyond to assist me. He explain clearly each step making each step clear.
Negative: Full Screen without other "similar pubs" were not clear and misleading but Chloe was great about explaining and guiding me through many processes.
