Summary: Definitely recommend this product and extremely satisfied with the customer service team. I am happy to be a user of this application and will continue to recommend and use it.

Positive: Customer service team helped me rectify incorrect account changes and charges in a timely manner. Great product, great look for websites and easy to use.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind. Overall it is a good product and I am happy with the outcome of each project.

Summary: Great service all around, will be using the service for a long time to come.

Positive: Mike, the customer agent was quick & efficient in fixing my issues.
Within two messages my issue was resolved.

Negative: Starting off with the bot. Would have preferred a human from the start.

Summary: I've seen that the UI has changed recently and it has got better to upload and share! It's easier to use, promoting features are great (especially with the automatic detecting system) and the support team has been very responsive. It would have been better if individual accounts could share the number of the group's Unlimited contents.

Positive: - Support response was very prompt
- UI is user friendly (Like the feeling of page flipping!)
- Automatically detecting hyperlinks and notify people by blinking
- Automatically creating visual stories to promote my brand easily
- Statistics are provided

Negative: When transitioning to a group account, I understood that the individual accounts would share the same premium plan. Not that each user is given the same number of Unlisted contents, but it's that users can share the group account's total number of Unlisted contents. (e.g. If we have a plan with 100 Unlisted contents and two users have published 8 of their contents as Unlisted, all users would be left with 92 Unlisted contents.) Right now, it's the only group account that can upload Unlisted contents; so there was no point in making a group and individual accounts separately. Indeed individuals can purchase their own plan to use up the Unlisted contents but it seems too pricey to just segregate the account.

Summary: This was a worthwhile investment for our charity, but to be honest, even the free version had plenty of good features. But upgrading has really helped, and we have had lots of compliments on the direction we have taken our newsletter in by using Issuu to distribute it.

Positive: As a small charity, Issuu helps us up our game and stay modern with our newsletters and comms in a cost-effective, easy to use, digital way. It helps those with little tech knowledge produce interactive newsletters and further social media content from them, with minimal effort.

Negative: Setting up a 'group' for other users in our organisation was a little confusing, however support was fantastic in fixing this. As have some of the the other features. We have taken a more 'give it a go and see' as the guides can be a bit confusing.

Summary: Overall, this has been such an amazing tool for our company. We have been able to step up our game in digital interactivity and can't wait to explore even more of the features.

Positive: I love how easy this is to use, how you are able to overlay and embed videos within the software and so much more! We use this tool for not only digital booklets but also for other digital tests.

Negative: I wish that I could overlay webpages / links in the software as well.

Summary: Very good with an extremely fast response time. At first I found it hard to find where to submit a request but the website had pretty good details on how to submit the request.

Positive: I had to submit a request to cancel my subscription as I hadn't used Issuu in a long time. I had a very quick response and they helped me out immediately.

Negative: I don't have any cons to report. I submitted a request and had a quick response and all was resolved.

Summary: Great product & service! I am very satisfied and happy with the customer support team, and the product itself.

Positive: It was Ted that reached out to me in trying to help me fix the issue. He was very friendly and supportive.

Negative: I don't have any cons for this part of the feedback.

Summary: Issuu has helped us to confidently invest in our digital collateral production and marketing and have added new tools, which allow us to create even richer and interactive materials that are easy to share on the web.

Positive: Issuu has been our go to resource for making our PDFs look great on our website, including great interactive animations, and and integrated download button.

Negative: Perhaps they could offer a plan that is between free and premium.

Summary: I would definitely consider Issuu again if my company starts reaching out to more clients. Right now we reach out to only a few.

Positive: After realizing that the product was not for us because we are too small of a company the team at Issuu responded immediately and took care of my concerns.

Negative: Too many ads with my link for anything less than premium.

Summary: Speed of response and customer communications were great with the issue resolved to my satisfaction.

Positive: Customer service person Karen resolved the Issue given after a few attempts previously, the communication on e mail was good and kept me informed all the way during the process, the customer service advisor knew what the issue was and resolved it efficiently.

Negative: No cons to this issue on the item in question.

Summary: Really helpful answer from the team at ISSUU and we will continue to use them for any further queries we have.

Positive: The reply was just what we had hope to hear and is going to allow us to open a new channel to our revenue streams.

Negative: Nothing not to like. The answer was most helpful and we are very happy with the result.

Summary: Great product for really engaging flipbooks with a community focus, in our case, suicide prevention. Plus prompt and helpful customer service when needed.

Positive: Issuu is intuitive and supported the creation of beautiful flipbooks for our community engagement purposes.

Negative: The plans are pricey. We would have benefited from a not-for-profit plan as our project was not generating income.

Summary: Overall the experience has been great, and we will continue looking at ways we can explore the rich feature list.

Positive: Issuu is easy to use, beautifully designed platform, that helps enhance our candidate and client experience. The data collection is also valuable. The ability to quickly generate an embed code and reupload new versions is very helpful.

Negative: The inability to unpublish items. You are allowed to unlist one item with your plan, and purchase additional options. This seems a bit steep for something that probably should be included as standard. The only alternative is to delete, which loses all data tracked.

Summary: Ultimately this feature was not the best fit for us, but I would recommend it to anyone who might find it appealing.

Positive: The option we used gave us a smooth and seamless display of our annual report with the digital page turning feature. This option looked very sleek and modern and made our publication appear fun to read.

Negative: Unfortunately, small text was hard to read in page turning mode. The positives did not outweigh the negatives for us. The feature was abandoned at some point on our website.
