Summary: I've been extremely happy using InMotion hosting since 2007. I've recommended them to many other people.

Positive: I've used InMotion hosting since 2007. I've called in to InMotion a few times each year, and each time, the customer service is incredible. The person who speaks to me always speaks clear English, and always figures out a way to solve my issue, no matter how much time it takes.

Negative: I haven't found any cons. This is a great product.

Summary: Overall, I highly recommend InMotion Hosting. I tried using another platform for email and quickly switched back to InMotion Hosting. If InMotion Hosting offered an easy drag-and-drop builder (like Wix) that is NOT based on Wordpress, I would move my website to InMotion Hosting just because of the excellent tech support.

Positive: InMotion Hosting has been our internet host for around 20 years. Initially, they were hosting both our website, built in Joomla, and our emails. I subsequently moved the website to another host and web builder platform because I needed something I could easily update quickly. We continue to use InMotion Hosting for our emails and our Wordpress blog, largely because the customer service has always been outstanding. In today's online environment, it's hard to connect directly with a live person via phone or even chat. The tech support and billing staff are all professional, responsive and easy to work with. I have been recommended InMotion Hosting as an internet host for years and will continue to do so.

Even though they've changed their tech support hours from 24/7 for phone, chat and email, the support team is responsive to emails received over a weekend.

The CPanel is also easy to navigate and InMotion Hosting provides steps to set up email forwarding to our phones and desktop Outlook clients. InMotion Hosting also has lots of great reference articles to educate novice users.

Negative: InMotion Hosting recently changed their tech support hours providing phone and chat support only Mon-Fri from 9 am-9 pm Eastern instead of 24/7. While they do still offer email ticket support 24/7, sometimes, you just need to speak with someone on a weekend.

Summary: Best decision we made. Will likely continue to renew. Will continue to be a loyal customer. Selecting IM is a great choice!

Positive: We have tried multiple servers in the past. The customer service team is awesome! They support Wordpress very well. They communicate updates or issues via email. Phone and chat support are the best!

Negative: We have been using InMotion for hosting for over 2 years, no issues.

Summary: Totally satisfied! When I see people who are on other email sites I try to invite them to visit InMotion Hosting for a better service.

Positive: I have been with InMotion Hosting for many years and I'm totally satisfied with the services I've received over the years. In 99+% of the times I called I bet a satisfactory answer to my questions or a good solving of my problem. The representatives are all very knowledgeable and present themselves as professionals. Great team players!

Negative: I can't remember any negative incidents that I could comment on.

Summary: In 4 years, my site was down 1 time. I found help on the Facebook group and we were back up ASAP. The total downtime was less than 4 hours. InMotion Hosting is a very good hosting service.

Positive: InMotion Hosting provides competitive pricing and helpful (and patient!) technical support. They are continuously offering valued additions, such as Google Business features.

Negative: I'm not very IT savvy, so appreciate the help. Normally I can work with chat support, but even when I've needed to call, wait times are fairly short and the support team is very supportive and helpful.

Summary: I am sure there are many services like this, but I could imagine anyone being better. I was not really a website client until I started my own business but the designed I used connected me and I could not be happier.

Positive: Best tech support you could imagine. Easy access to the system through their portal for email, site editing and tech support.

Negative: I cannot think of any. I never experienced any issues in my 10+ years with them.

Summary: Being an author, I prefer to focus on writing books and information on my site to website design. InMotion Hosting allows me to do that while still having very nice, professional websites. Their free subdomains have allowed me to add many additional features without any extra cost, too. Whenever I have had issues, tech support was super fast with either fixing the problem (the usual scenario) or telling me what I needed to do to fix it.

I am very pleased with InMotion Hosting and plan to remain a customer for a long time! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable web host with easy to use website creation abilities.

Positive: InMotion makes it possible to create an attractive website, even for those with no experience. They offer a great selection of features. Tech support is fast, thorough and very helpful. I've used them many times and their help has been invaluable! My sites are rarely down, and when they are, they come back online quickly.

Negative: InMotion is a little expensive (not too terrible though, and I wish they offered other payment options like every six months.

Summary: It was a very easy to use platform and support is outstanding. Now is the only hosting I'm using as a web hosting and email server.

Positive: It is a very sound hosting. Uptime is the best and service is wonderful. I have my web hosting for the principal domains and 4 sub-domains. Email server (I use IMAP) is also in InMotion Hosting with out any problem.

Negative: Not have, pricing is good and works 24/7 with out a glitch.

Summary: After having nightmarish experiences with web hosting companies, I found InMotion Hosting. I called the tech support phone number listed on the website and a real person answered the phone. I hadn't yet signed up but being able to talk to a real support person was key in my decision to subscribe.

Negative: I wish InMotion Hosting was also a domain registrar. Otherwise, it's all good.

Summary: My overall experience has been stellar. The only downside is I wish I would have found them sooner. Great work InMotion Hosting and keep up the great service.

Positive: There are so many things I like about InMotion Hosting. One is how great their customer service is. Each time I reach out via chat, it has been successful whether it was a problem or a question. They are very through and work hard to gather a solution. I also like the price, great pricing and I have dealt with other companies and InMotion Hosting's pricing is very competitive. Structure of dashboard is easy to use and intuitive, easy to learn and navigate. The options for website building another large pro. You can not go wrong working with this company. I will continue for as long as I am in business.

Negative: It was difficult to come up with something I didn't like. One thing I could think of is adding more templates for website building and maybe a video on website building. But that's all I could think of.

Summary: Very pleased over the near decade with InMotion's services.

Positive: When I need for tech assistance I am quickly put in touch with a fluent English speaking person. Thank you very much.

Summary: I am very pleased with the stability of the stack, the technical support I have received, the responsiveness of that support (and the multiple options to get support) and the value received for what I have paid.

Positive: The absolute best thing about InMotion Hosting is the tech support. I have a VPS account and while I am fairly technically savvy I'm definitely not a full on network system administrator. Every time I've reached out for support it has been quick and correct on as well as friendly. They offer a lot of services for free as part of the overall stack management.

Negative: I haven't found any cons that are worth mentioning. Seriously.

Summary: I was using two competitor's products for 18 years, and now with InMotion since 2016. It's a night and day difference on every level.

Positive: Hosting and e-mail are excellent, the cost is reasonable, customer service is U. S. based and excellent.

Negative: Since the pandemic, customer service is no longer 24 hours.

Summary: Long years ago, I vaguely remembering doing some pretty deep research before finding a new host. That research paid off (hence my pleasure at providing a good review)!

I'd describe InMotion Hosting as EXACTLY what a host should be: NOT there when I don't need them; so no fuss, no problems. Other than updating my credit card when they change the date/secret code... I pretty much don't have to think of my hosting AT ALL!!

Positive: Smooth sailing! On the VERY rare (like maybe twice a year, if that?) occasions when I have a question or problem, tech or billing support is very quickly available -- and always helpful. Recently upgraded my account(s) to the VPS (virtual personal server, is it?), which process seemed a bit complicated to the non-techie in me -- but the various folks who helped and did things to get my sites TRFed over were great. Very happy with the VPS now too!

Can't remember any 'glitches' or site/page disappearances off the web; one of the best things is I do NOT need to think or worry about IMH: they're just humming along and doing what I pay them to do! I have two personal sites and a (manufacturing) business site. I don't use most of the multitude of 'things' offered... don't sell on line, don't even use the blog function. (I had a blog for the biz a few year sago; may get back to it someday, if I get more time.)

Negative: Can't really think of any. Sometimes it can be a little hard to find stuff on the site (cause there is SO MUCH info there) -- but part of that is me not knowing quite what to CALL something I want to ask about! I don't speak techie very well!!

Summary: I dint even need to think about who is my web host. It is a no hassle no worry service that I really recommend.

Positive: Economical web hosting that is reliable with great customer service. I have had this service for 4 years and I have nothing but positive experiences with InMotion Hosting.

Negative: Nothing. Amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone.
