Summary: Quite good, like it. I don't pay for it so don't have a view on pricing, I use it from the buyside.

Positive: Functionality is very good and comprehensive. Easy to use and good customer service if any issues with accessing.

Negative: Can't really think of any. Very good solution for deal room access.

Summary: Overall a good experience without incident. No major drama and design is intuitive and if you get sideways it prompts you back in line.

Positive: As a first time user I found it easy and intuitive to use.

No clutter, features easily found and no nonsense design.

Negative: Actually, as a first time user I do not have negatives.

Summary: Love it. Easy to send my data room to investors it does what I need to do to keep track of business.

Positive: That it allows me to store all my business data in one place and make its very easy to send to teammates and investors.

Negative: A lot of different features and technical support should be built in not via email.

Summary: Positive on the whole but perhaps missing some of the additional features that larger VDRs have.
Would be recommending alongside other datarooms to be considered for RFPs.

Positive: Clean easy to use interface.
Main features are also of good quality.
Support was easy to contact and quick to reply.

Negative: Missing some of the additional features that larger VDRs (Merril, Intralinks) have.

Positive: Ease of use and generally clean appearance. I also enjoyed the easy sign up. I have nothing more to add.

Negative: I was limited to photos not docs but that was not your issue.

Positive: Clean interface.

Negative: Slow(ish) load times.

Summary: Decent overall. No complaints but no particularly impressive factors either. Feel like it might come down to price if I were a decision maker.

Positive: Easy enough to download and files and review different files uploaded by the banking team. No complaints.

Negative: Not particularly impressed by the features. Not disappointed either, but no reason I would use this over the other data sites.
