Summary: Great platform and all the users I’ve had use it as well have positive feedback. Search feature and flexibility make it superior to many other competitors.

Positive: - Easy to use, low barrier to entry for new users
- Flexibility with some used creation
- Search feature is AMAZING

Negative: Downloading documents tied to requests isn’t as easy as I’d hoped. Not a big deal thought and pros definitely outweigh this con. Also pretty expensive.

Summary: Overall, a great product. Gets the job done and isn't too hard to use.

Positive: Easy to use.

Negative: Too many tabs/options to click. Wish it was just a single pane of glass etc.

Summary: Overall I believe the platform is very good, and it allows for a good collaboration between the parties involved in the project from different companies and also from different departments in each company.

Positive: Simplicity, and nice overview given in the 1st page, similar to a control panel. Red labels on the items show what items have not yet been looked at by the reviewer/user, and this is positive. Also the fact that it shows a timeline on when the items will be closed is a positive thing.

Negative: When updates arrive by email, and when you press the link it doesn't guide you to the update but to the general page and you have to check where the update occurred. This should be more user-friendly and the link should take you exactly where the update is. Room for improvement!

Summary: Overall it is a solid product that gets the job done with no extra fringes.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Positive: Easy and intuitive platform to use, user friendly, it made our deals flow much smoother.

Negative: Despite being easy to use, the interface is very basic and doesn't allow for multiple features to be implemented.

Summary: Good for both small teams and large teams.

Positive: Clean UX, easy to learn, lots of features, timeline and tasks features very helpful.

Negative: Concerns about other parties adapting to using DealRoom as their data room provider when complacent with larger products.

Summary: We have only positive experience with DealRoom. Highly recommended for all who need m&a software

Positive: Very easy and simple to use, clear and modern design comparing with old-school vdrs. Amazing customer support. Always open to discuss new functionality we need.

Negative: Nothing actually to dislike. I'm happy with DealRoom.

Summary: Overall we've been happy. I can easily follow up with stakeholders and ensure that they are receiving notifications.

Positive: The task tracking has assignees, reviewers, due date, priority. From a project management standpoint, it is pretty comprehensive. Permissions are easy to adopt. The business users like it.

Negative: There is not a board feature to visually present progress like Trello or Jira that is often used in Agile Project Management.

Summary: Overall a good, solid experience. Nothing incredible, but certainly nothing to complain about. Price was a little high for the volume of activity on our site. Might be a better value for heavier users.

Positive: Secure. Fairly straightforward. Taught myself the administration of the product without much trouble.

Negative: Nothing really but the price.

Summary: It's a great tool, but it needs work and more predictability. Clients would occasionally complain about not being able to see something, but when it did work, it worked very effectively.

Positive: Importing requests is quite easy with the excel feature and it's nice being able to control who can see what.

Negative: The excel feature could use some work. If I imported an excel sheet it was a 50/50 chance of it actually working.

Summary: Overall, I believe it to be a great product to use in our corporation since we have so many acquisitions going on at once.

Positive: Able to see all tasks that are going on in one place and also see items that are assigned to me with more ease.

Negative: I receive way too many email alerts and I stop to view if it pertains to me.

Summary: Better than many others datarooms. Although, as I indicated above, there are several features that can be improved.

Positive: Instant notifications, easy to sort and search info, user-friendly. simple to use and navigate, overall high rating.

Negative: I have seen a dataroom where you can upload information request list, so a company may update/close and comment on requests directly and see if any documents were uploaded for that particular request. Super convenient! it would be nice to set different notifications for different deals/ projects.

Summary: Overall, the experience using DataRoom was great. It brought everyone together, even people outside of the company when executing large projects.

Positive: The Data Room platform is easy to use. Uploading large files only takes seconds. Data Room was very helpful in organizing the various takes and allowing for progressive interaction with multiple individuals being assigned tasks.

Negative: When using multiple folders its a little confusing at first to see where files get uploaded to the task and the folders at the same time.

Summary: Great tool, great way to collaborate on our files and help keep things organized when there are so many people involved.

Positive: Collaboration, easy to organize files- user-friendly- the overall look and feel of the tool made it easy to get around as a new user.

Negative: Nothing to note of to date. All is good. I look forward to doing more in the tool.

Summary: Extremely useful platform to manage and collaborate on M&A deals, and to keep track of the required documentation.

Positive: Coming from a project management background, I found this platform extremely easy to use. Well structured, and easy to navigate. It's a good guide even for those new to M&A.

Negative: The pricing is archaic. But then, I believe the target won't find the pricing inhibiting.

Summary: Very good overall experience, am always happy to use. Feature-rich, and all features are relatively intuitive and easy to use.

Positive: Like the ease of setting up notifications. Easy to use product, easy to navigate documents. Better than many alternatives.

Negative: Some of the UI is a bit clunky, and sometimes the docs can be hard to download.
