Summary: Using Atera for few years now - when I have to work on this for different client I get so disappointed - cause ConnectWise supposed to be the leader.

Positive: Wide range of tools.
Good support.
Nice documentation about features,
Great resource via community.

Negative: A lot of useless menus and submenus.
Hard to find what needed.
Confusing ticketing system.

Summary: Great product for the price, a ton of community resources to help you along the way. Pairs nice with the other ConnectWise solutions.

Positive: Very powerful RMM tool. There is almost no limitation to what you can do with ConnectWise Automate. The scripting engine allows you to create automation tasks using their basic scripting functions or use your own with a PowerShell script.

Negative: The solution is aging a bit and needs to be updated to support more cloud centric thinking. Still stuck in the age of on-premise solutions and ignoring things like Microsoft 365.

Summary: This is an excellent technology that enables us to monitor the security of the system and to back the assets remotely. Overall, using ConnectWise Automate we had a great experience. It enables us to remove system failures as well.

Positive: I appreciate ConnectWise's overall features. It comes with an antivirus, malware, email protection, encryption and password management system that users can access through the security module from any single solution. It's just incredible.

Negative: Customer service can be sluggish to reply at times, and they may not answer to some consumer inquiries at all.

Summary: Overall ConnectWise automate is a great tool which allows access to servers at anytime for patching and maintenance.

Positive: Perform complex tasks such as patching and monitoring.
Easy to setup and install even for customers.
It's a very powerful tool, with numerous features to manage the clients' machines.
Seamless integration with other ConnectWise products.

Negative: The UI is not that user friendly and can be a little complex for new users.
Patch Manager could be improvised.

Summary: Our team has been using this for 6+ years and it's taken this long to get it working as best as possible, so keep in mind the cost and time it takes to get it configured properly. Once it's configured, it does a great job at Windows patching, pushing scripts, and we love CW Control for connecting to computers.

Positive: It's got everything we need to manage our customer endpoints - patching CAN work (eventually when it's setup properly), scripting is powerful, Control for connecting to devices is the best!

Negative: Just like most RMM tools, it's a bear to get configured and working right. Support can be lacking, but community support can fill some gaps. Most CW products are expensive.

Summary: Overall, ConnectWise Automate is a great software that helps you automate your work with its preloaded scripts.

Positive: 1. It has a lot of features with a very intuitive UI.
2. Screen connect is very fast and works very well for remote control machines.
3. It comes with a script that automates the maintenance of the device.

Negative: 1. The desktop version of the software is very slow.
2. You do not get regular notifications for the updates.

Summary: It manage devices and automate action. Simple and very easy to use. Some of its main features are management, patching, discovering, monitoring and automation. It helps in resolving issues within a minute. Reliable and secure software. Reliable support team are available 24/7.

Positive: Best software for automating technical work. Saves lots of time and energy, automatically reduces cost. Allows synchronising and sharing the files and have options to save in the cloud. Remote monitoring tools helps a lot in finding issues.

Negative: Really very good software. Customer support team are very responsive.

Summary: ConnectWise Automate is so good as remote monitoring and management software that it really adds to your peace of mind as a managed services provider. It has more features than you will bother to use and is the best solution at the price point.

Positive: - ConnectWise charges by the device instead of by the user, this helps it scale very well on really large networks without the bills exploding.
- ConnectWise tracks everything in the remote deployment system. It immediately sends out alerts in the case of downtimes or breakdowns. These are very good features.

Negative: - Customer support can be a bit slow to respond sometimes.

Summary: Extremely powerful solution for businesses and IT service providers seeking robust RMM capabilities. Its scripting and automation features, patch management, and real-time monitoring contribute to efficient IT management.

Summary: Overall, this is a powerful tool for MSP's but can also be used in large IT departments that will give you the ability to free up time to concentrate on major issues.

Positive: Ticketing and alerting is excellent and often resolves most known issues automatically. You have the ability to add scripts which would assist the automation and resolution process.

Negative: Support is not the greatest in terms of time to respond though very knowledgeable once engaged.

Summary: The ease of installation and multiple OS support is something that the company can work upon. The UI definitely needs improvement.

Positive: The functionality of the scripts is great.
The systems can reboot overnight and can be pushed through windows updates—and the whole thing can be monitored.
You can easily use SQL Queries to create reports for NOC operations.

Negative: It can be very difficult to set up.
The UI is too complex and hard to understand.
Support is limited for Linux and OS X systems.

Summary: Overall a great software that is easy to navigate, and allows me to spend less time stuck behind a desk, and more time and energy on growing my business.

Positive: ConnectWise is great to have a small business owner. It is user-friendly and helps me streamline various activities.

Negative: The only con is that I wish I would have started using this sooner.

Summary: If you are looking for a one-stop-shop, then Automate, Control, and Sell are a great way to go. Our team has loved using their products.

Positive: Takes care of updates, the support team is great, plus the technical documentation is great to use.Desktop sharing, End-user ticket raising are built into the tray icon which makes access really easy for users to create one.

Negative: Has a big learning curve just starting out. Due to its many features, it seems some areas are a bit difficult to configure. Inside all the greatness, there are some works around that you have to do for specific duties that could be automated.

Summary: ConnectWise Automate has brought about speedy way of handling most of the business activities. Also, ConnectWise Automate ensures no manual work, and this saves the finances which could have been incurred.

Positive: ConnectWise Automate reduces the physical or manual workload in a company.
Also, ConnectWise Automate brings uniformity in all the roles or jobs that a company is obligated.

Negative: The issue of price still remains a constraint to new and arising users, and if there is mechanism to harmonize the problem, all other issues will be effective.

Summary: The amount of time I have gotten back is invaluable. I have more proactive support, and more technology insight with ConnectWise Automate.

Positive: I don't have the time to complete every task that my business needs, thankfully ConnectWise Manage assists me in doing that. I am so thankful for the Asset Discovery, Endpoint Management, Patching, and Monitoring.
