Positive: Best software for automating technical work. Saves lots of time and energy, automatically reduces cost. Allows synchronising and sharing the files and have options to save in the cloud. Remote monitoring tools helps a lot in finding issues.
Negative: Really very good software. Customer support team are very responsive.

Summary: ConnectWise Automate is so good as remote monitoring and management software that it really adds to your peace of mind as a managed services provider. It has more features than you will bother to use and is the best solution at the price point.
Positive: - ConnectWise charges by the device instead of by the user, this helps it scale very well on really large networks without the bills exploding.
- ConnectWise tracks everything in the remote deployment system. It immediately sends out alerts in the case of downtimes or breakdowns. These are very good features.Negative: - Customer support can be a bit slow to respond sometimes.

Summary: Using Atera for few years now - when I have to work on this for different client I get so disappointed - cause ConnectWise supposed to be the leader.
Positive: Wide range of tools.
Good support.
Nice documentation about features,
Great resource via community.Negative: A lot of useless menus and submenus.
