Positive: The support team were very knowledgeable & extremely thorough as they helped me through the template creation & uploading process. They warned me that the first upload was likely to have some errors at the Amazon end & that they would fix them. They were right & then very quickly fixed the problems, so I now have my first products on Amazon.

Negative: Nothing, I can't suggest any improvements because the support team are really great.

Summary: Overall, it's been one of the best investments I've made in terms of running my business. Highly recommended!

Positive: I recently had the pleasure of using the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app, and I'm thrilled with how intuitive and powerful it is. The app simplifies and streamlines the process of listing items on both Etsy and my own website for maximum ease-of-use. Here are some pros and cons that I've found:

-Easy to set up — no need for a developer!
-Automatically syncs inventory across Etsy and my website, always keeping them in sync
-Automatically creates product listings for each item, making sure customers can find what they're looking for quickly
-Support team is very helpful in answering any questions I have

Negative: Still working out some compatibility issues between the app and certain themes.

Summary: Overall the experience is amazing. I am looking forward to obtain more services from them and grow my ecommerce store.

They're available 24*7 for help and I truly enjoyed their services.

Negative: There are no cons I see till now. They're better than any other company service out there.

So that's a great Thumbs up for them and their 24*7 active support that made my life easy to work this threw.
The best I felt was that they know their Partner to the tee and got us through to their each requirement to get us Live over Fruugo with our Business limitations.
I will Highly Recommend Cedommerce's Plugin for Fruugo WooCommerce as well as their Support who are polite, knowledgeable as well as proficient to handle my business needs being a great helping hand in it's growth.

Summary: The support i received was priceless, they responded instantly helping me to sort out the issues I had with Google Ads, I will always recommend them for any challenge I can encounter.

Positive: I like the app they have, its user friendly, even a person who is using it for the 1st time can easily navigate.

Negative: The pricing of the services is too expensive for small businesses that are just trying to penetrate the market.

Positive: Great customer support, great app/software, what's not to like? big shout out to Anoop for his patience and attention to my questions! 5* also Geetika has been helpful on the journey as well, they are always available at a touch of a button or a WhatsApp message away.

Negative: Nothing, if I had to choose I would say an option to delete product in the app, but they said this is due to API restrictions, so maybe not their problem. Maybe it will change.

Summary: Does the job for me in terms of syncing orders and product listings. There are many options available to offer flexibility to the customer.

Negative: The software is quite complicated for me, so I have had some issues. Luckily there is the fast customer care support team to help me out.

Summary: CedCommerce products are as good as their after sales service, and the after sales service has been excellent, their plugins are easy to use and have a lot of in depth options so a lot of thought and experience has gone into this, friendly team I have had regular live chats with, even where my 2 year old daughter now says hello to my contact agent when she can hear his voice.

Positive: The Onbuy plugin at the time of this review is free, with an options install/support option of just $20 usd, syncing with my woo store I am now able to have live update price and stock keeping from my woo, it was important for me to manage and centralise stock levels, and have a pricing option, in my case an increase in price on Onbuy to cover selling fees. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and effectiveness of support as I reached out for help with the syncing, they went through with me setting up one product which I then was able to copy into the entire catalogue and get all inventory synced and priced as I wanted . . . I was so happy with this I turned to the eBay plugin which has a cost, but now familiar with CED products and the differences in only being a different marketplace this has been value for money, I purchased a support package with the eBay plugin and they installed and set it up for me. Great. I know have a managed pricing strategy, stock control and promotions manager all from my woo store that automatically updates into the Onbuy and eBay listings. It's been worth every penny.

Negative: I have yet to find a fault with the product or service provided.
