Positive: What I like about CedCommerce is that their products are very helpful in managing our product listings (we have about 3000+ products) in different marketplaces such eBay, Walmart, Wish, & Amazon.

Negative: There were some minor issues but the team was able to troubleshoot right away.

Summary: Extremely happy with the product and service, recommend to everyone. this is best google app I used to grow my online business.

Summary: Overall, excellent! Im not an expert in this area, so I rely on CED's support and they have always come through. Definitely recommend!

Positive: The app integrates well and does what it is supposed to do but the real value add is CED's customer service. I use their Etsy and Amazon integrations on my Shopify store and honestly, I have not had this good of a customer service experience in a long time. For any and all issues, their agents are ready and willing to provide friendly expert advice.

Negative: Some of the integrations are a bit hard to navigate if you aren't an expert, but that is offset by their excellent customer service. Any time I struggle with their apps I can just reach out and Im helped immediately.

Summary: Very happy with it and will be using it for my store and my clients store for the foreseeable future!!

Positive: Easy to use. Works well and does exactly what it says on the tin. Support is incredibly helpful and any questions I have, they can answer.

Negative: It could have some more videos explaining the platform to newbies.

The GMC team has been so great and quick to respond to the issues. The depth of knowledge allows the team to be able to understand the resolve the issues quickly as well as explain it so you also understand and can prevent then in the future. Phoenix from GMC team is my go-to person.

Negative: Time difference is challenge, but they still make it work.

Summary: My store speed was 27 for a long time. I used different apps to make it better but no lock. I requested CedCommerce team to help me to increase my store speed to improve SEO performance and customer experience and after 5 days my stored speed became 88.
