I had a great experience with the team and app, I pay for a membership that’s considered and enterprise and it is well worth every penny spent. I stumbled upon this app by accident as I had another app that was getting worse and worse. Now I finally see a good solution for everything that has to do with feed creation. the chat was very patient and very friendly. settings were made that I had set incorrectly.

Now i immediately saw positive changes at GMC and will definitely be able to solve my other shop problems with it as well.

Negative: There is nothing bad to report.

Summary: All the agents are very nice and helpful but I would like to know more so I can add more products without bothering the agents so much.

Positive: I like the function when it comes to adding product but with not knowing and not enough information or training on how to use this system makes it hard.

Negative: I'm having a hard time when adding the Attributes because of not any information on what to set to custom and what to leave as Shopify, the YouTube video is way too fast to understand plus its from some years ago and what is being asked is different.

Positive: Customer Service support has been very attentive and helpful in addressing any of the issues I've had connecting my products from Shopify to eBay. They have helped with mapping the products as well addressing inventory concerns between the platforms. Always quick to answer questions I may have while using the app.

Summary: I am incredibly happy with the service, and we are recommending CedCommerce for you to integrate into the Shopify store.

Positive: After about two years of use, we had a technical issue due to the Shopify store closure by us. Once we contacted the account manager to get the problem fixed, he attended to the matter immediately. We are incredibly happy with their service.

Negative: You should provide a delete from app option for all users. It shouldn't be an extra option.

Summary: Excellent. Best support when needed. I list products, customise pricing, receive orders, onbuy is updated when i ship them., Stock is synced so no over-selling. Great integration.

Positive: Takes all the hassle out of creating listings on onbuy platform, syncs stock, allows custom pricing, updates orders after shipment. If there is an issue support is very quick and responsive to fix.

Negative: There is not much to dislike. Occasionally my cron stops working usually due to some error of mine, and sometimes I cannot upload a product due to some incorrect data - these are fixed in minutes by 24/7 support, so not a problem.

Summary: My experience was just great from start to finish. Whether it is to solve my problems of errors or to advise me. The experts are all listening and providing solutions. Special thanks to Amit.
