Summary: Working with Cahoot is a fundamental part of our strategy for continuing to scale fast. We are an online-first eCommerce brand and work with Cahoot for 99% of our fulfillment needs: from B2C website orders through to B2B wholesale orders, Amazon SFP and replenishing Amazon FBA. Our inventory is placed nationwide for fast and affordable B2C orders, with an anchor node for large shipments. This breadth of capabilities will be key for us as we scale.

Positive: The most impressive part of working with Cahoot is the speed at which B2C orders are fulfilled, and the consistently affordable shipping rates obtained. Cahoot is clearly geared towards Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, and excels at it via a network of strong fulfillment partners and a deeply knowledgeable team. Amazon SFP is such a demanding program, it is very difficult to find partners with the ability to pull this off.

Negative: Looking ahead, we look forward to ongoing improvements in their software integrations and reporting capabilities. We are confident this will continue: this team works very hard and is responsive to our feedback.

Summary: Cahoot has been amazing while working with us. They have made our fulfillment effortless and a thing of the past for us. Their great customer service stands out from other businesses and they genuinely want to see you succeed as a business which wasn't the case of many 3pl businesses I reached out to. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great business partner to scale with.

Negative: Nada, I haven't found anything that I can genuinely say that has been negative from my interactions and business with them. I have 0 regrets about partnering with them.

Summary: I would recommend anybody working in the eCommerce/shipping industry to work with Cahoot. It has been a welcomed addition to our operation to perform order fulfillment on behalf of other sellers and to be able to do so without any additional strain to daily operation.

Positive: As a client that works in fulfillment with Cahoot, I cannot stress enough how great the experience has been. With a seamless to navigate software, to the scan verification process, all the way to the bi-weekly cycle counts, Cahoot has really done a stellar job assuring a successful relationship between sellers and fulfillment centers.

Negative: The biggest con about Cahoot is that we did not know about them sooner!

Summary: Cahoot is a great software. It gives you the ability to save a lot of money by showing you the best shipping choice for you packages. It has the ability to automate task which saves your shippers time. Great customer support!

Positive: Shows you the best shipping options that save money & time.

Great integration with Pulse Commerce which is an awesome software.

Negative: Hard to say cons at moment because everything I would have said Cahoots team has fixed.

Summary: Software is good. Best part is the drive to succeed by team, and the knowledge. It really was exactly what we were looking for to grow SFP in a time that is very challenging.

Positive: Cahoot has been very impressive. The 2 most impressive things for me (SFP seller for 10 years) are:
1 - depth of knowledge of SFP by the support team and account handler.
2 - the attention to details and drive to succeed by the team, super responsive.

Negative: Still young software so some things are missing but should be easy for them to roll out. New also means that it has latest and greatest logic.

Summary: Cahoot is changing the way shipments happen – lower cost, better outcomes, and a lower burden on the planet.

A win / win / win.

Positive: Cahoot is an amazing fulfillment and logistics organization that is doing well by doing good. We have partnered with Cahoot to deliver trees to thousands of children on Earth Day and their support and work is outstanding.

Negative: Because they work with many carriers, sometimes fragile shipments may get tossed around or damaged.

Summary: Overall, our company has been using the software for 6 months thus far and we are more than happy with the results we've seen. We've expanded to 2 additional facilities, which has allowed us to be able to offer an affordable 1-day delivery option to more than 35% of the continental U.S.

Positive: An intuitive user interface.
Useful and hardworking support staff.
Dozens of fulfillment centers are located nationwide, allowing for lower cost 1-day delivery options.

Negative: Lacks a Create Return label function, (However, this is a feature that is currently being developed.)

Summary: GREAT. Would definitely recommend them. Very responsive team and very easy to use. Changed our life.

Positive: We’ve been working with Cahoot for 2 years and I can speak from my personal experience. First, Cahoot software and platform is miles ahead of the other leading shipping solutions on the market because they’ve designed it from the ground up with today’s fulfillment needs in mind. We save hours daily since we switched. Second, their customer service is highly responsive and competent and they focus on resolving issues quickly. Happy to report that there really aren’t many issues but it’s good to know that the Cahoot team is there to help us when we need. Cahoot has always treated us fairly and their pricing is reasonable. I recommend Cahoot to other Sellers without reservation.

Negative: None to write about. They work on everything you ask them to fix.

Positive: Easy to work with, very responsive support, we have been using them for a while with no issues. Highly recommend.

Negative: None that I can think of at this time of writing this.

Summary: Great experience and team to work with. If you want to automate your shipments and be able to have competitive shipping pricing, then use Cahoot!

Positive: I've been working with Cahoot for a few months now. I am happy with customer service and their fulfilment service. Their back-end system is great and very easy to you and tracks shipments. It is essentially all automated for me now. I don't have to work about merchant fulfilled shipments! Their customer service is also super responsive.

Negative: Nothing in particular. For my fulfilled by merchant service on amazon, it is great. Storage costs are also reasonable.

Summary: Overall, I recommend them. Customer service is quick and personalized and they are clearly trying to do a great job and improve everyday.

Positive: We started using Cahoot about three months ago and they have been great to work with -- always trying to provide great service and address any concerns and issues quickly and effectively. We've been very impressed with their shipping performance and communication on status of delivery for packages. It's very helpful to know when a package has run into a delivery problem so that we can be proactive with the situation instead of reactive after a customer contacts us. They also set up a HAZMAT shipping solution to ship our products that contain lithium ion batteries which was previously a challenge for another large 3PL company we were using. They do a good job with this and we've had almost no problems so far.

Negative: The Cahoot software probably works well for companies that have an operations manager and companies that also have their own warehouse but we haven't found it to be super simple to use, in some aspects. For example, we have a process for holding larger orders so we can manually review them and route them to the right warehouse but the Cahoot system does not often import these orders if we don't manually assign it quickly after the order is placed. This requires us to enter a manual order and the only way to create a manual order is to enter the data in a csv file and upload the, which can be a bit time consuming and cumbersome. Additionally, Cahoot does not "push" inventory numbers back to our Shopify store so we have to ensure inventory numbers are accurate across both systems. That said, Cahoot is working on many improvements to their software and I have no doubt these sorts of issues will be resolved soon.

Summary: In our experience, Cahoot does not operate as a true business partner. As we learned, once you sign, they will use the contract to extract money even after the service breaks down. We suggest you proceed with caution.
This review reflects our personal business experience with Cahoot and our interpretation of events

Positive: We worked with Cahoot for over two years and paid over five figures for what we expected to be a reliable, automated fulfillment solution. What we got instead were frequent sync errors, delayed shipments, and customer complaints due to missing tracking data.

Negative: Despite repeated complaints, there was no improvement. When we decided to terminate for cause the relationship, Cahoot used a buried renewal clause to continue billing us. They then blocked access to their platform and refused to return our inventory unless we paid fees that were never disclosed during onboarding.
CEO Manish Chowdhary personally responded to our concerns with a harsh message: “This is not a negotiation. We expect full payment in accordance with your contract.” despite our termination with a valid cause. There was no willingness to acknowledge service failures or work toward a resolution.

Summary: We had a very unpleasant experience and question their honesty and integrity. Please be aware of the initial short agreement they ask you to execute vs the "second" agreement they send after they get your money and your inventory is held hostage. Then look at their SLA for their #PL warehouse partners to see how they want no risk or liability but force their 3 PL warehouse partners to assume that same risk.

Positive: The idea and concept is good. May work if you have all your inventory in their network. Just not an honest company to deal with.

Negative: Not sure they do this with everyone, but I suspect this is how they operate.

After we signed on with them and after they took our money for a year upfront and after shipped our inventory into their warehouse, they presented us with a new lop-sided Agreement that no sane person could sign (I apologize to anyone who signed this agreement because you felt you had no choice). We had to take back our inventory and lost over $10000 with this company. They refuse to refund for prepaid service and damage caused by their warehouse. (1) I believe that no honest company would present a new agreement and service levels that are undisclosed till after they take your money and hold your inventory hostage. (2) They accept no responsibility for any intentional or non intentional errors or damage to your inventory while demanding their fulfilment partners accept full responsibility for the same for any errors or mistakes.

We will be filing a lawsuit and ask anyone who has either been swindled by Cahoot or were fortunate enough to avoid getting ripped off before you paid them to reach out to me.
