Summary: We had a very unpleasant experience and question their honesty and integrity. Please be aware of the initial short agreement they ask you to execute vs the "second" agreement they send after they get your money and your inventory is held hostage. Then look at their SLA for their #PL warehouse partners to see how they want no risk or liability but force their 3 PL warehouse partners to assume that same risk.

Positive: The idea and concept is good. May work if you have all your inventory in their network. Just not an honest company to deal with.

Negative: Not sure they do this with everyone, but I suspect this is how they operate.

After we signed on with them and after they took our money for a year upfront and after shipped our inventory into their warehouse, they presented us with a new lop-sided Agreement that no sane person could sign (I apologize to anyone who signed this agreement because you felt you had no choice). We had to take back our inventory and lost over $10000 with this company. They refuse to refund for prepaid service and damage caused by their warehouse. (1) I believe that no honest company would present a new agreement and service levels that are undisclosed till after they take your money and hold your inventory hostage. (2) They accept no responsibility for any intentional or non intentional errors or damage to your inventory while demanding their fulfilment partners accept full responsibility for the same for any errors or mistakes.

We will be filing a lawsuit and ask anyone who has either been swindled by Cahoot or were fortunate enough to avoid getting ripped off before you paid them to reach out to me.

Summary: Overall, I recommend them. Customer service is quick and personalized and they are clearly trying to do a great job and improve everyday.

Positive: We started using Cahoot about three months ago and they have been great to work with -- always trying to provide great service and address any concerns and issues quickly and effectively. We've been very impressed with their shipping performance and communication on status of delivery for packages. It's very helpful to know when a package has run into a delivery problem so that we can be proactive with the situation instead of reactive after a customer contacts us. They also set up a HAZMAT shipping solution to ship our products that contain lithium ion batteries which was previously a challenge for another large 3PL company we were using. They do a good job with this and we've had almost no problems so far.

Negative: The Cahoot software probably works well for companies that have an operations manager and companies that also have their own warehouse but we haven't found it to be super simple to use, in some aspects. For example, we have a process for holding larger orders so we can manually review them and route them to the right warehouse but the Cahoot system does not often import these orders if we don't manually assign it quickly after the order is placed. This requires us to enter a manual order and the only way to create a manual order is to enter the data in a csv file and upload the, which can be a bit time consuming and cumbersome. Additionally, Cahoot does not "push" inventory numbers back to our Shopify store so we have to ensure inventory numbers are accurate across both systems. That said, Cahoot is working on many improvements to their software and I have no doubt these sorts of issues will be resolved soon.

Summary: Easy onboarding and integration with Shopify, including some custom functionality. Minor feature deficiencies made up for by the overall gains in efficiency and cost savings. Note, order volume must be at a certain level to justify the platform costs, which are not unreasonable.

Positive: Very efficient warehousing & shipping service that helps our company save money on order fulfillment and postage costs. Quick shipping of all orders and confident that we are getting the best postage rates due to geographically optimized shipping. Automatic billing and realtime inventory availability.

Negative: Some reporting tools are a little tricky to figure out at first. Orders and shipments can be split apart, but no ability to manually combine orders or edit order contents before shipping. Virtual bundles are not supported.

Summary: Cahoot has been a fantastic solution for my eCommerce business. Shipping is faster, costs are lower, and the platform is easy to use. Once everything was set up, fulfillment became almost hands-off, and my customers noticed the improved delivery times. Their support team is also great—always responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to other sellers looking to streamline their shipping process.

Positive: Cahoot has helped me save money on shipping while improving delivery speed. The platform is user-friendly, integrates easily with my eCommerce store, and automates a lot of the fulfillment process, making my life much easier. Their customer support is also excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help optimize my setup.

Negative: There’s a bit of a learning curve when getting started, but once everything is set up, it runs smoothly with minimal effort.

If you want to cut shipping costs and speed up deliveries without the hassle, Cahoot is a great choice!

Summary: Excellent 3PL - Very accurate shipping updates and great support team If you are looking for a good 3PL - these guys are great. Highly recommended.

Positive: The integration is pretty straightforward and orders get shipped out very quickly. Customer support is always there to help with an open ticket. Great team.

Negative: Payments are done weekly, which can cause a little bit of cash flow challenge. But they are open to work with you.

Summary: Has really helped our shipping efficiency and reduced employee head count in shipping department. Much better option than Amazon FBA for us.

Positive: Cutting edge software that enables business the ability to partner with multiple distribution centers.We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively.

Negative: Like all new software's , setup takes time and effort. I recommended putting in the upfront effort setting up all SKUs and box configurations correctly first time.

Summary: Amazing experience from onboarding to daily support and handling- Very happy and satisfied- Great for our amazon and online business

Positive: Cahoot has been a life saver for our business. Their shipping is accurate and FAST. Easy integration and fantastic support from their staff.

Negative: None- So far we have had no issues and continue to utilize their services

Summary: The integration with Amazon Seller Central is seamless, making our operations smoother than ever. Jeremy, our account manager, has been incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful, especially with one of our troublesome SKUs. He even offered creative solutions to save us money and improve efficiency.

Positive: Submitting work orders and managing inventory has been seamless, and whenever we had questions, the Cahoot team responded quickly.

Negative: Initial onboarding can be a bit overwhelming, there are many videos to watch but they make them very self-explanatory.

Summary: Overall they are a great 3PL partner. As a new brand they helped us through the full process from start to finish. Very pleased.

Positive: Their customer support is awesome. Super helpful when you need them. The Onboarding is pretty easy for Shopify. Most of all, their shipping times and accuracy is incredible.

Negative: I wish the inventory from their site would talk to Shopifys' system to show real time inventory.

Summary: Cahoot has been an amazing addition to our business. We needed a partner that allowed us to ship faster, have shipping labels created automatically, and control our shipping costs. We could find other products that did one or two items well, but they never did the entire package and at the same time continue to be affordable.

With Cahoot we are able pick, pack and ship so much faster. Before, we were routinely rushing until 6pm to get orders out, but now, we're done most days by 4pm and that leaves us a 1-hour break to clean up and ensure everything is completed successfully. Our shipping supervisors are actually able to supervise the entire process rather than just the shipping label process, which will make our entire team more efficient. As a result, we've changed our team's hours and they get out of work earlier and we are getting more done than just taking care of orders (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). The best part - we've been able to reduce our numbers by 2 employees.

The ability to make sure that team members know what boxes to use is also invaluable. We are able to maintain inventory of boxes which means we know when to order more and can better budget for this cost. It also means that all team members are using the same box for items and it's the most cost effective box.

Additionally, the Cahoot team is amazing to work with. They are organized and have the training expertly set up. They are responsive and always helpful. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next because I know it will be great. I also appreciate their knowledge in the industry and their understanding and leadership on what it takes to meet all the ecommerce and marketplace requirements.

Cahoot will not dissapoint you!

Negative: The hardest thing has been getting the team to "trust" the process and use the tools we have in Cahoot. They don't like change.

Summary: As a supplier, working with Cahoot has been fantastic! Their platform integrates smoothly, making it easy for us to fulfill orders efficiently and deliver on time.

Positive: Cahoot's platform acts as a central hub, connecting merchants with a network of fulfillment centers. This allows merchants to leverage various fulfillment options and potentially reduce costs compared to traditional methods.

Negative: Integrating Cahoot with existing systems and selecting the best fulfillment options for each order might require some initial setup time and potentially involve some complexity.

Summary: Partnering with Cahoot as a Fulfillment Partner has been a great addition to our existing business. Cahoot's platform empowers us to efficiently manage orders, and shipping processes, saving us valuable time and resources while ensuring a smooth fulfillment experience for our customers.

Negative: I can honestly say that the are none! We've had nothing, positive experiences working with Cahoot and we look forward to many more years of partnership.

Summary: I assessed several order fulfillment companies and chose Cahoot for their pricing and their service. They provide strong client support and help you get things done as easily as possible, including with their client portal, and they are reliable and well priced.

Positive: Good service, competitive shipping rates, affordable to get started with them as a small business, flexible and good partners in building my business and responding to evolving needs.

Negative: Would like some of the interfaces and screens to be easier to use and more support from humans available, but they are continually improving this and wasn't much of an issue. When I needed help with service, people would step in and help.

Summary: I don't feel like just another number on their balance sheet, I am a real person they know and want to help like a close friend.

Positive: Honestly one of the most impressive companies I've ever worked with. Cahoot are 10x better than Amazon when it comes to looking after their customers.

Negative: Nothing so far. I struggled with the set up initially but they were great in teaching me how to use it, I now see how much better it is than Amazon FBA.

Summary: In general Cahoot is very easy to set up and to use, specially for the online sales with website and Amazon, but it is also super good for B2B logistics to send pallets to big customers.

Positive: We have been using Cahoot for 2 years, and apart from it working perfectly like clockwork and in an automated manner, when we needed them to obtain a DUNS number to move the merchandise to their warehouse, they requested it quickly.

Negative: They don't have batch tracking information for food products.
