Summary: Awesome experience overall in terms of out of box, ease of use and flexibility of modifications in existing infrastructure.

Positive: I have been using MultiVendor since last one year (Switched from Magento).
I would rate it 9/10 in terms of out of box solutions and 10/10 in terms of flexibility of modifications.

Negative: Support is costly.
CS Cart people must implement user feedback instantly.

Summary: I've been using CS-Cart many years. It is the best E-Commerce platform. I recommend to anyone needing a simple, but completely customizable online store. It is incredibly easy to set up, and offers so much customizability out of the box that it is easy to make it unique and professional-looking, on a non-recurring cost model. The Multi-Vendor edition of CS-Cart essentially lets other people sell on your site, while you either take a commission or monthly fee. Vendors get their own login and Admin panel. All you have to do to get started is create "Vendor Plans" you want to offer. You can also choose which category of products they have access to. When a vendor signs up, they just choose which plan they would like, and enter their info. You can approve and deny anyone. CS-Cart displays all the plans on a nice, modern-looking page for you, which you can also customize. Features: Automatically charge vendors every month or one-time. Approve products before they're added to your site. Vendors can have multiple accounts for different employees. Vendors can edit the layout of their "storefront", colors, and even add/modify CSS.

Positive: One time fee. You buy it, it's yours for life. Super easy to customize. Great Support. Advanced SEO features that you get out of the box, preconfigured - so you can get pretty good results without spending extra time and money on additional optimization for search engine rankings.

Negative: At present nothing. As everything is possible and we can do anything we see in any system on it without any issue or complications.

Summary: I'm satisfied with the quality of this product. I can go to sleep knowing I should not worry about any hiccups. I had started my business with another multivendor product and it was a nightmare! So I'm very happy that CS-Cart has a solution that actually works.

Positive: - Ease of use.
- A well thought through solution.
- Customer service responds to emails within a day .
- Good integrations and a variety of add-ons to augment the platform.

Negative: - Support is handled by email, though I've not had any major issue.
- Annual support costs.

Summary: Excellent multi-vendor software for online stores. Stable and most reliable product from my experience of almost one year. If you do not believe me just search BIGBAG.PK on Google and checkout for yourself the final product which is out come of the CS Cart Multivendor Software.

Positive: There are many, few of the most important are as under:-
a. Easy to understand if you have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Powerpoint. No need to have high level computer languages like HTML, CSS, php. However, if know you have added advantage
b. Easy to setup and operate
c. Good documentation of the software supported by video tutorial for each and every tab
d. Prompt backup support through CS Cart Help Desk. I will recommend to make best use of their first 90 days free help.
e. Even CS Cart Help Desk is available after free time period for very little cost
f. Continuous upgrade of the software to improve upon or fix previous bugs
g. Best suited for EU, USA market
h. Converting your website into an App for Google Play and Apple Stores and assisting you in getting it uploaded as well.
h. I can carry on for ever. Just use it- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Negative: There are not very cons of the system, but I will love if CS-Cart management could consider following:
a. Provision of built-in add on for online payment method via JAZZPAY (Mobilink Pakistan) and easypaisa (by Telenor Pakistan) for Pakistani market
b. Inclusion of TCS, Blue Ex, Leapards Courier for Pakistan

Summary: I love CS-Cart, we are customising it and it is in my opinion the best framework out there . There is lots of extensions available and at reasonable prices. Extensions for MV are often more expensive though than for normal CS-Cart. I have used Magento 1 and 2, WooCommerce, Opencart, OS commerce and more and CS-Cart is ahead of them all. The best thing is they answer my support emails quickly and are very helpful and knowledgeable about their system.

Positive: Great system, well designed, great support, good extensions marketplace. CS-Cart has a good team behind it and they produce regular updates. It is much better to work with than Magento 2; a far better and cleaner codebase. The extensions marketplace is great and there are numerous plug and play extensions that add lots more functionality to your store.

Negative: Complex, Not ideal at all out of the box for global delivery options . To get the store you want often you need to customise it, but it is very customisable so you need to factor in development costs. Finding good developers is not always easy, there is a much smaller pool of developers than for Magento for example, but then CS-Cart is a far superior system .

Summary: CS-Cart MV is one of the best software to prepare your own professional B2B marketplace. Still some B2B features are missing, but I think you can't find better solution to complete your objectives.

Positive: It was a great adventure to build up my B2B marketplace with this software. The end result was good, my clients love to use this software, because:
- large number of add-ons are available;
- very easy to customize;
- many b2b functions are available;

Negative: The software requires further improvements in order to fully meet the expectations of the b2b market:
- application of tax rules in multi-country environment;
- missing feature for membership fee automatization;
- price is a bit high;

Summary: CS-Cart Multivendor is a nice and full featured platform. After just few days we managed to put the market place online. The only drawback is the mobile app. It works well, but our marketing did not approve its usability and look-and-feel. Thus, we decided to make our won mobile app. We have been using CS-Cart for 3 months, and we a very satisfied.

Positive: Easy to set-up and with a lot of interesting features. The vendor panel and the upload of products via CSV files improved a lot the productivity of our marketplace. The plug-in library was also very important for us.

Negative: The mobile app could be better, and we found difficult to do small modifications, for instance, minimum price per vendor.

Summary: It was a good decision to buy multi vendor, and I created amazing platform and get money. Just try demo and you will understand that it's easy and cool!

Positive: Simple and convenient interface with many options to create your marketplace!
The are many options of menu, review, banners, products etc.
I am using multi vendor about 8 months, and can give good feedback only!

Negative: You can have problems with using only, but if you have no experience, you can find video tutorials.

Summary: After a ton of research, I landed on this to launch my B2B Industrial Products marketplace. Just seemed to be the best balance of customizability to price. Happy with the choice. I eventually brought on developers to help customize the design and build a custom experience.

You have a lot of great options to launch a simple storefront (Shopify, Webflow, etc.) but when it comes to B2B Marketplaces, I have still not seen a better option.

Positive: Highly customizable platform - good foundation that is easy to build on.
Fully owned & hosted software - no recurring or percentage-based fees.
Excellent YouTube support channel - good way to learn about the product.
Well-designed Admin interface - professional and clean UI
Ongoing development and product improvements.

Negative: Themes and plugin marketplace is just ok.
Smaller ecosystem of high quality developers (esp in US).
Page layout editor is somewhat clunky.

Summary: My experience has been great thus far. The CS-Cart team is very knowledgeable and receptive to new ideas/suggestions. With CS-Cart, one can build solutions in a modular way, as and when required.
It's hybrid model of giving the customer complete ownership whilst providing optional (@ a fee) support & upgrades is one which works in 2020 as opposed to the rigid & non-proprietary subscription models.

Positive: - Open source architecture
- Regular upgrades
- World class support
- Open for 3rd party developers to add features/add-ons
- Fully & easily customizable to suit needs
- Modular in nature
- Great support team
- Always looking to improve and enhance features

Negative: The CS-Cart proprietary mobile application can be modernized and made more intuitive. It should also support more check-out options other than PayPal.

Summary: Enjoy it, good experience, I wish we can utilize more features. recommended to anyone who is considering a marketplace. It is a very good value and especially the company is rolling out upgrades often. It gives me peace of mind.

Positive: There are tons of things I like about CS-Cart.

First, it is the rich features that it has, the user feature is very robust and admin functions are well thought out too. The upgrade process is very well thought out, it allows you to backup everything before taking a small risk to upgrade. I haven't had any issues so far, high confidence in the system.

The platform add-on is great too. Many add-on available to choose from, integration well with all 3rd party. So far, it is a great investment for a small project.

Another thing I like about CS-Cart is the theme, layout, module design. It takes some time to understand and getting used to. however it can be powerful.

Overall, as administrator, it is very easy to use and you can do a lot.

Negative: I would like it to run lighter and faster. And maybe in the future have PWA ability instead of mobile app only. The add-on marketplace can be developed more but it is great so far.

Summary: I am using CS-Cart long time and completely happy with it. Earlier I tried much other software and could not get the features I was looking for. I strongly recommend CS-Cart to everyone. Especially those who want nice looking design, more smooth & simple browsing.

Negative: Probably they have to add more delivery zones base pricing options.

Summary: Well the product is great and easy overall, but if you want something extra for your website you should hire a developer, also some add-ons in the marketplace are so old.
The design of the admin panel should be updated.
The only way to activate, deactivate or hide items is by entering in the code, it should be other way to do that, by just click to enable/disable option.
Upgrading the software is kind of tricky and not too easy, if some add-ons are not compatible with the new upgrade that just won't work, instead to show a list for incompatible add-ons.

Summary: Great software to use.
I found the online tutorials extremely helpful with setup and learning the ins and outs of the software.
Easy to explain to vendors who aren't tech savvy.

Positive: Easy to use.
Hosted on your preferred platform.
No limitations on industry and products.
Very stable.
Well documented and supported.
Supported by various in country payment processing providers outside the USA.

Negative: At this time I haven't yet discovered any cons to the product.

Summary: I have been using their software and services since last 6 years, don't have any problem, very happy.

Positive: The CS-Cart team is doing a meaningful job for world e-com entrepreneurs;
There are lots of pros for their software,
- Bug Free
- Heaps of feature
- Dedicated Support team
- No language barrier to communicate with them
- Continuous products development
- Lots of modules/add-ons from their app store

Negative: Honestly I couldn't find any Cons yet ; But I think they could release more free add-ons from their end.
