Summary: I truly recommend BrandMail and their team; it's a great product and they are very fun to work with. What's awesome is how responsive the BrandQuantum team has continued to be! Any time we have an issue, I'm amazed at the speediness of responses and how quickly things are resolved. They make sure we feel comfortable bringing up any problems and have so much enthusiasm to help out. Highly suggest!

Positive: We looked at a few different email signature softwares, but ended up going with BrandMail because of their focus on design, user-friendliness, and their general responsiveness! They were super quick to draft up beautiful signatures and get us started on a trial. Set-up with our workspace was a breeze; Simon walked us through how it works so we can change things if we need but also don't have to struggle through a bunch of written directions just to get going.

Negative: BrandMail is more than I could ask for in terms of signature software; I can't think of any downsides that you wouldn't experience with other companies. Technology always requires working out kinks; what makes it easiest is having people to work with who are knowledgable and excited to help, and BrandMail definitely provides that!

Summary: From strat to full implementation, the BrandMail team have been excellent and their service, outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending BrandMail to all.

Positive: Easy to use, offers so many additional features that we hadn't even considered. We started with one requirement and are now using the full features of the platform.

Negative: We have not found any so far, its very simple and easy to use.

Summary: Excellent product. Support and design studio are excellent and helped us customise our banners and mail.

Positive: Great Product, easy migration from our previous signature program. Excellent support and responses from the team at BrandMail. Would recommend without hesitation.

Negative: Absolutely nothing at all. Would recommend without any hesitation.

Summary: Our users are excited to use this system. Our trainer has set up email templates for them to use and we can manage their signatures quickly and easily from the dashboard.

Positive: This product delivered exactly what we were looking for! It allows us to provide contact information and helps our people when they are on the road by letting them show their QR codes to others they meet so that their contact information goes directly into the viewers contacts.

Negative: We really have not found features we don't like. We are still learning how to do different things with this system.

Summary: I have had a very positive experience overall. Easy to use, uncomplicated admin, efficient support team and Brand uniformity carried across the company.

Positive: BrandMail allows for the Company brand to be professionally displayed and allows for company-wide efficiency and uniformity of staff communications by using BrandMail features such as Mail Templates. In addition to creating a professional front for our clients, it is easy to use.
Paula, Simon and the rest of the BrandMail team have always been nothing less than a pleasure to work with.

Negative: There is no obvious down-side to using BrandMail from my experience, as it is versatile enough to make adjustments throughout the process of making use of the features.

Summary: Absolutely top-notch! The level of customer service provided by BrandMail is genuinely remarkable and praiseworthy.

Positive: From the get-go, BrandMail has distinguished itself with an exceptional level of customer service. Even though I'm not one of their biggest clients, they've consistently accorded me the highest level of attention and respect, making me feel valued. Their customer service truly stands out in the software industry.

The product itself has been nothing short of indispensable for us. Our new email signatures, with their impeccable quality and striking design, have drawn much admiration. Initially, I was the only one using these signatures. However, upon seeing my first email adorned with the new signature, my business partner was so captivated that she immediately inquired, "How do I get this?" She was signed up without delay.

In essence, the combination of BrandMail's extraordinary customer service and their impressive product redefines standards in the email signature industry.

Negative: Thus far, I can't say I have any issues with BrandMail. It's been amazing to this point.

Positive: Before BrandMail, employees had multiple variations of email signatures that created an inconsistent brand image to clients and potential customers. It degraded the value of our company brand. BrandMail resolves that issue with a consistent brand image.

Negative: BrandMail has proved to be a solid platform with attentive and responsive customer service.

Summary: Fine personal contact, quick responses, clear software that is easy to understand. It is a good product that does what it promises.

Positive: I am most impressed with the tremendous personal attention and helpfulness. No question was too crazy and Paula thinks with you tremendously. I have rarely experienced such fine and easy communication.

Negative: So far I have not discovered any downsides. I am very happy with this choice.

Summary: Overall they are a 5 for 5. Excellent customer service! Excellent product! The team there are a great extension to any business.

Positive: BrandMail is truly a game changer for business. They have a great product that allows you and your team to focus on the work that needs to be done. It makes like easier which means your customers will see that as well. The customer service is outstanding. Not only do they know their product but they are eager to assist and get things working for you.

Negative: There is absolutely nothing BrandMail has to complain about.

Summary: We are happy with the whole process from design, the system and the final product. We love our signatures.

Positive: We love our Brandmail signatures. Our clients and suppliers have complimented us numerous times; they give our business and branding such a professional look.

Negative: We were completely happy with the Brandmail product.

Summary: A great professional and dedicated team that have an outstanding knowledge of the products being offered by Brand Quantum and are very willing to always accommodate us as the end user in taking us through certain support requests.

Positive: The product and features add value to the i-Chain Brand as well as the professional value that BrandMail brings to the i-Chain brand only greatly positions it as a great product and service orientated Brand.

Negative: None, to report on as the product so far for i-Chain serves its purposes.

Summary: Open your dictionary and find Customer Service, there you will find BrandQuantum. I can only speak no less than volumes to the level and degree of customer service BrandQuantum provides. They are unmatched to any experience I’ve had before. They are killing the game, I mean the ratings speak for themself. To put it into perspective, I am a startup who has only begun to dabble with Microsoft’s interfaces, they take the tech work and guesswork right out of it, which is exactly what I needed.

But hold on, it doesn’t stop here, the customer service isn’t the only golden goose here. Let’s talk about the product itself, I was pulling my hair out trying to format some funky signature that would appear at least somewhat consistent across different platforms and let’s face it, the only way you get that is by sacrificing quality, branding, and identity. What they provide not only rectifies that but offers so many unique branding capabilities.

For all you start-ups, BrandQuantum is a no brainer must have, hands down. I told Paula as a start-up, we don’t have a lot to offer but the least we can do is provide clean, clear and consistent communication. Simon and Paula, y’all saved my hair, thank you so much!

Summary: BrandMail is everything you need in email signature software. We had such a positive experience that we are looking into the other solutions that BrandQuantum provides for on-brand applications and templates. Look no further!

Positive: The leadership, engineering, and support teams are extraordinarily responsive and helpful in planning the deployment of the software and answering our technical questions.

BrandQuantum has also been flexible and creative in helping us identify how to design and configure our signatures for our unique needs. Everything from helping us work through allowing users to customize certain aspects of their signature to troubleshooting unique situations such as executive assistants who needed to communicate on behalf of our executive team.

Once implemented, the software has allowed our internal IT team to onboard new team members more efficiently and easily make company-wide adjustments to everyone's signature as our brand, vision and needs evolve.

Negative: Nothing to report here. If you are skimming through reviews to make a decision about email signature software for your business just stop and schedule a meeting with the BrandQuantum team.

Summary: Able to promote high quality graphics. Dependable. Customer serviced team is knowledgeable and responsive. Has helped promote the organization's brand.

Positive: BrandMail is customizable and has help unify the look and feel of our brand across all emails within the organization. I like the ability to add photos and bios for staff as introductions to those that may not already know us.

Negative: At first the auto updates were slow. This problem was corrected by the customer service team.

Summary: I would most definitely refer this to friends and family to use, I have not struggle since we used this product and we are happy with the service as well.

Positive: The fact that we can manage our brand on each email that goes out, and that Marketing has full control.

Negative: There is nothing I do not like about the product, it is user friendly and the support we get is amazing.
