Summary: I am happy with the product. I find it user friendly and love the branding and administration. Our Marketing department can use the analytics. We use the social media links and the branding pages for clients.

Positive: The branding is fantastic, the product works. I am impressed with the support. I find the company innovative.

Negative: I find the product expensive. I would like to introduce the mobile option to my organization as then we can have a uniform brand, look and feel.

Summary: Excellent- Easy to install, easy to implement, no major team training as it's intuitive, easy to upload new templates or reusable pieces of information, and it totally achieves its objectives

Positive: Re-using content used to be a big challenge because
1) personal data would be incorrectly left in
2) it would be pasted into different documents with different styles and would look yuck
3) My teams didn't know where to find great examples I'd created because it was buried somewhere in a client's folder
4) context wasn't adjustable (single vs married, children vs not)

With Brand Mail, I can enter the client's name and it's re-used everywhere, the templates are so easy to create that I"ve made context specific templates, and the styles are locked in and transportable. This makes it highly efficient, saves me time and embarrassment and I trust that it's accurate. And each time I find a new way of doing things, I can just upload and everything's easily available to everyone.

So, in the end, it removes the dependency on me, and the result is that it's like i've cloned myself to more people.

It was super easy to install and integrate into our existing life because we're Microsoft Office dependent(I am the tech department!), and the customer support has been phenomenal - with the BrandQuantum team building us little help videos that we can access from our toolbar. I use it every day now, and am so excited to build it out to every area of our business.

Negative: Nothing... I haven't yet come across anything that bugs me.

Summary: I am more than happy, it's something i don't have to worry about at all since I have not had a bad experience at all

Positive: Implementation is simple and straight forward. It's easy to use, the support team is phenomenal as well

Negative: Nothing I can fault the team on, the software works and works well

Summary: Working with BrandMail has been seamless and a wonderful experience. I was so frustrated trying to develop an email signature on my own, wasting hours upon hours all ending in failure, and they actually made the process simple and, dare I say, fun. I have no reservations in recommending BrandMail to anyone who is looking for an email signature solution.

Positive: The BrandMail team is incredibly responsive and works diligently to address any and all concerns. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. Their insights and knowledge was priceless, helping to guide me through the process and make decisions I didn't feel qualified to make on my own. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution.

Negative: There is literally nothing to dislike! In my opinion there are no downsides to working with BrandMail.

Summary: I have found the staff to be helpful, efficient and friendly. The attention to detail when designing banners has been impressive.

Positive: I was impressed with the friendly and efficient service from the team. The banners add a professional look to all our emails and assist with promoting various events.

Negative: I don't have any issues. I have only recently started working with the team and I have appreciated their willingness to assist.

Summary: BrandMail has assisted us with exactly they were offering during our onboarding period. It has greatly increased our productivity on other items while not having to spend the time to run around and manually update users email signatures.
Overall i would recommend BrandMail to any company that would like consistency and reduction in time of manually setting up email signatures.

Positive: The amount of time that it takes to change an email signature along with being able to sync it through to multiple devices. BrandMail has also assisted us in achieving consistency throughout all mail leaving our organization.
Customer service has been amazing since being onboarded early 2022

Negative: I cannot confirm on any specific dislikes from my part and have not received any complaints from my team since being onboarded.

Positive: BrandMail has been a game-changer for our organization's email branding strategy. Its seamless integration with Outlook is so impeccable that many users assume it's a built-in feature of Outlook itself.

The platform's intuitive toolbar provides quick access to our brand guidelines and pre-approved content, ensuring each email aligns seamlessly with our brand identity. The simplicity and user-friendliness of BrandMail's interface make it effortless to craft consistently branded emails, minimizing any potential complications. Furthermore, the robust set of features offered by BrandMail allows us to customize our email templates with precision, ensuring every communication embodies our brand's unique attributes and professional standards.

On the technical side, their support team is top-notch. Their expertise and responsiveness have made onboarding new team members to BrandMail a smooth and enjoyable process.

Negative: Upon evaluating, what initially seemed like a drawback has actually turned into a strength. Some users opt to use only the signature feature of BrandMail. This still serves to maintain brand consistency by eliminating formatting discrepancies and allowing us admins to update branding and mission statements effortlessly without needing user input.

BrandMail's flexibility allows users to engage with it to the extent they prefer, without imposing any constraints or intrusions.

Summary: It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Positive: Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. Paula has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. Simon has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

Negative: I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

Summary: We've been able to standardize our email signatures that confirm to the branding standards in our organization, without having to sit down with all 500 of our employees to make sure they followed all the directions on each of their devices. On top of that, the design of the signature is very well done - we've gotten numerous compliments on it, both internally and from external contacts.

Positive: The best thing about BrandMail is their people. They've been extremely helpful and patient as we figured out how to roll our branded signatures out to staff in multiple buildings with dozens of titles that needed to be changed. Simon, in particular, has been about as friendly and supportive of a representative as I've come across in the 13 years I've been doing my job.

Negative: There is nothing I've run across that I don't like.

Negative: I find no significant drawbacks with the BrandMail platform.

Summary: My overall experience has been stellar from the Founder of the company to everyone else. This company knows the meaning of what stellar customer service and customer experience is. It's rare that I will do a review but, in this case, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to.

Positive: What I like most is the people, specifically the owner, Paula. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. I recommend them to anyone, and I will!

Negative: There is a little learning curve but nothing that prohibits being able to quickly use it.

Summary: I recently took over a new position, and BrandQuantum were the only business who had reached out to *me*. They truly stood out for many reasons, but Paula, the CEO, took time out to have a chat with me and personally demonstrated an immaculate level of commitment and support.

Regardless of the size of our company, Paula made time for me. She accommodated me, gave me a detailed demo, and patiently addressed ALL the questions that I had and more. Her kindness, willingness, and attentiveness is commendable.

Positive: BQ has amazing features, and during our demo - Paula showed me how easy they were to use and implement for all departments in our company! Very versatile.

I cannot thank Paula and Bronwyn enough. The service and personalized attention that I had received from BQ is something I am confident no other company will provide. Paula's dedication merits an 20 out of 10. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is inherently a peoples person.

Negative: There are no cons to me personally, I think due to the fact that there are so many features, one would need a demo to be shown how to do all of these, but I still do not see this as a con.

The customer support provided by BrandQuantum is also top-notch. Any questions or concerns I've had were addressed promptly and effectively, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Negative: I have been happy with everything BrandMail has offered and implemented, I have no complaints.

Summary: The BrandMail support and assistance is next level. I'm a small customer but was treated with the utmost respect.

Positive: The product was quick and easy to install. My signature is stunning, I'm really happy with the design they gave me.
There is so much you can do to with regards to customisation. You have to see the product to understand the depth of options.
I wasn't sure if people were noticing my new signature but the insight dashboard quickly showed me that there were many clickthroughs to my website.

Negative: So far there have been no cons. There is a bit of a learning curve with the back end if you want to do everything yourself.

Summary: BrandMail has solved several key problems relating to our email communication and branding (including but not limited to):
Tailoring solutions for different departments' personalities and preferences - this allowed us to give an idea of what we wanted the email footers to show but without all the work of actually creating them.
Technical Integration and Compatibility - integrating a third party system with the email footers even when they had never used said third party system before. (Saved us a pain!)
Email professionalism and brand colour consistency - our brand colours were consistently integrated into every staff member's email signature, striking the perfect balance between a vibrant appearance and professional simplicity.

Positive: Their unwavering commitment to excellence from the initial consultation to the final implementation. They demonstrated a level of dedication and attention to detail that sets them apart from other companies we had looked into collaborating with. We also really enjoyed how straight to the point and friendly Paula and the team were.

Negative: While our experience with BrandMail has been largely positive, the technical integration of the email footers, while being successful overall, still a few minor compatibility issues that required further attention, I feel this could have been communicated better initially but was solved quickly regardless.
