Summary: Our company has been using ArboStar for the past 6 months and it works great. The platform is customizable and lets us use it the way that's comfortable for us. Their customer service did an awesome job helping us transition from the old platform we were using to this one. It was really an easy experience.

Positive: ArboStar has helped to streamline our business process and we're also able to automate a ton of tasks. Their mobile app works well and helps our fieldworkers do their jobs. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for solid scheduling/dispatching/whatever-you-need software.

Negative: There's really nothing bad I can say about this app right now. Will update if anything comes up, but so far it's been smooth sailing.

Summary: We had always had a hard time managing our fieldworkers’ schedules, keeping track of customers, and sending out invoices. Now that we're using ArboStar, all that has changed. Our workflow is much more organized and we're seeing an increase in income. We are able to manage a lot more details now and we're able to focus on providing excellent customer service and actually running our business instead of being worried about constantly falling behind.

Positive: ArboStar helps automate a lot of repetitive tasks in the business process and there's no more double entry since it syncs with Quickbooks! Honestly, it's a tool that every arborist business should use. If you own a tree care company and want to make your life a heck of a lot easier, give it a try.

Negative: I had a little trouble at the start trying to adapt to the software, but their customer service did a great job at helping me adapt. I think I'm just not that great at picking up new technology.

Summary: My experience with ArboStar has been amazing. Our company has grown at around 20% each year, and ArboStar systems have given us the capacity to grow without losing the quality of service. People frequently asked how we can manage our company successfully with only one office employee. We point them to ArboStar. It is not just the project manager's favourite software. The crew leaders, managers and owners all remark on how much they love ArboStar’s functionality.

Positive: There are so many things I enjoy about ArboStar and it is hard to name just one. ArboStar listens to customers. I have witnessed some of my suggestions become a reality. I love the tasks module where you can keep track of all your tasks. It even gives you a live view of the tasks on the map. This is an invaluable feature in this day & age.

Negative: I honestly have nothing to complain about this platform yet.

Summary: Amazing! With the best customer service and lots of options, the experience has been amazing for both our team and clients.

Positive: Not only is the software amazing, so is the ArboStar support team. Our entire team uses this software for every aspect of the business. From estimating, scheduling and invoicing to route optimization, email marketing and instant job reporting available for download instantly. With constant updates and easy integration of different APIs, this software is very robust for any user. ArboStaris the future of the tree care industry.

Negative: It was a little bit pricy for our company at the start.

Summary: We are overall extremely pleased! More than half a year of use, until I noticed anything critical.

Positive: ArborStar has simplified our business in lots of ways! We are now able to track our customers, work orders, proposals, accounts receivable and payables much more efficiently! So glad we signed up with the platform a few months ago.

Negative: I really cannot think of any Cons, if i see i will let you know.

Summary: I really enjoy using this platform because it is tailored specifically for the tree care business and has lots of features that make my job easy.

Positive: This software has changed the way I view finance and accounting. It provides me with real-time financial data from all the other modules. With this, I am able to generate accurate reports that help us to make better financial decisions. It has helped our company cut back on some needless expenses and save funds for other useful projects.

Negative: There is not much I can criticize this platform for. It provides me with all the features I need as an accountant in a tree care business.

Summary: This platform is great and it is built specifically for our business model. I am also very impressed with their fast customer support.

Positive: This platform helps me to effectively send messages to clients using the Newsletters and SMS notifications features. I often use it to send professional reminders related to work or congratulatory messages to our customers to keep them engaged.

Negative: At the moment, I don’t have any issues with the platform. Will update my review if I come across any.

Summary: The platform is very professional, customer-oriented, good organization, less headache dealing with various aspects of a job.

Positive: I love that it handles scheduling, integrates with QuickBooks, and is available to estimators out in the field, and generally makes it very easy for us to stay on top of each stage of a job and each interaction with our customers. The reporting functions of the software are fantastic! It's very helpful to know the dollar amounts of scheduled work. Creating estimates is very easy and smooth.

Negative: I would say my least favourite thing about this platform is the learning curve. Because it is a niche software that is designed for arborists, there is no way around having to spend lots of time learning how to use it. However, once you are familiar with it, you will not ever want to go back!

Summary: This platform has helped streamline my work and communications between office employees and field workers. Also, Anytime I have run into an issue, customer support is quick to help and easy to contact. They also seem to really care about keeping your company running smoothly.

Positive: The ArboStar platform has many useful features. It can communicate with many third-party apps and programs, reducing the workload of employees. Every single customer service representative I have interacted with has been top-notch and incredibly helpful.

Negative: I would love to see more customization options with automated appointment reminders, such as changing or removing the timestamps.

Summary: I have been using the ArboStar system for last few months. It is very positive as it makes my job much easier. It helps you manage your day to day tasks with minimal effort. It's easy to keep track of payroll as the system notifies you daily. The transition between fieldwork and office work was quite easy as the system is pretty straight forward.

Positive: What I like most about the system is that i am able to request revisions which customize the software to our industry. As I am a regular user of this application I am highly impressed by its functionality attributes because it is very user friendly to complete the urban forestry-related activities.

Negative: I honestly liked everything and have no complaints.

Summary: The bottom line is that Arbostar has helped my business take on more clients. I have a small team and do a lot of the heavy lifting myself (in more ways than one!) but now that I have one app that can track jobs automatically, handle payroll, communicate with customers, etc. I can be much more efficient with every spare minute I have. I've toyed with the idea of using a CRM for my business before, but always thought we were too small for one. But when you're wrong, you're wrong!

Positive: I love how the app makes my team so much more effective. Just about every mundane task I do is made quicker in some way. It pins jobs to my map automatically, allowing me to quickly email or call customers based on their map location, making customer communication a breeze. This has made each day much more productive, as I can plan my jobs in the most efficient way possible by zipping between leads, jobs, and estimates in the most efficient way possible.

Negative: Really not much to complain about. There's been a couple of minor bugs here and there, but each one's been quickly fixed with an update. The support team is really responsive and helpful when anything does come up, so everything's been smooth sailing so far.

Summary: As a customer service, I am so grateful that we found the software to be helpful in centralizing and making our operations more efficient.

Positive: ArboStar has everything and more of what we need in our industry. It has simple, logical, straightforward interface.

Negative: I don't think anything needs to be changed. It seems it was all or nothing.

Summary: I've been using Arbostar for a little over four months now and it's helped my business streamline some of the areas that used to be a hassle to deal with. I like to stick to my methods of doing things, but since I pulled the trigger and got the software, I can't see myself going back to my old way of doing things.

Positive: Arbostar has a ton of useful modules and features, and they seem to be constantly adding more. I love the real-time lead display that shows up instantly on my phone. The app connects to my phone's GPS, meaning if I'm in the area I can easily check out potential job sites the moment the customer needs something. The software also keeps track of basically every piece of information I could possibly need, so everything I need to know about my business operations is sitting right in my pocket at all times.

Negative: Everything is quite intuitively placed, but I would have liked some type of tutorial that walked me through every feature. There were some features, like the ability to listen to recorded phone conversations, that I didn't know existed until I stumbled upon them a month after getting the app. There's a lot of helpful features, and I want to make sure I'm aware of all of them and know how to use them.

Summary: Our company as a whole has seen tremendous growth since we switched to ArboStar. I'm just part of that process, but this app seems to be working for everyone in my company. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: I can sort tasks by priority, by job size, or by proximity, allowing me to manage projects easily and effectively to keep everyone happy. It's feature-rich, intuitive, and just makes things easier and more effective. I can get twice as much done with ArboStar than I could without it.

Negative: No cons to report of yet. Will update if anything comes up.

Summary: The rollout was excellent. We got a live demonstration with the ability to ask as many questions as we wanted. We trained the employees and now our entire business uses ArboStar. Couldn't recommend this platform more.

Positive: Tons of modules to help you save money and realize weak and strong points in your business, as well as dozens of tools to allow you to make the changes that are revealed. This is many apps rolled into one, specifically for the tree care industry.

Negative: Really nothing bad I can say about the app at the moment.
