Summary: This platform makes employee management so much easier. I can see the reasons why employees were absent or late, deal with HR issues, and manage all user roles from an easy to use menu. Great product.

Positive: ArboStar allows me to see a list of employees and track payroll, absences, complaints, and any other issues that may arise. I can view individual employees or a macro view of how the workers are doing overall.

Negative: Nothing to complain about. The app does exactly what it needs to, at least the features I've used on it.

Summary: ArboStar has been a definite benefit to my business. I especially love the productivity pulse that gives me a quick overview of how my business is doing.

Positive: I love how easy it is to create client profiles and add all the necessary details into them. This allows me to see all my clients at once, who has paid what, and what jobs are still waiting to be completed.

Negative: There are some features available on the desktop version that aren't yet available on mobile, though they are apparently being added. These features are mostly analytics and reports, so they aren't usually something you'd need on-the-go anyway, though.

Summary: Makes my job easier, and leaves the customers happy. What is not to love?
Five stars for sure.

Positive: Makes on-site estimating simple. The price of each tool, man hour rate, vehicles, etc. can all be chosen ahead of time, and then you can just select what the job requires and it'll add it all up for you right then and there. Not only does this produce accurate estimates but it allows me to tell the client immediately what the situation is.

Negative: Took a bit of time to get used to how the app works, but I don't think ArboStar could have made it any easier, honestly. I'm just a bit slow with phones.

Summary: Top-notch implementation. The onboarding process was efficient and professional. They got us set up and showed us how to use the app, and what it could do for our company. And so far, it's living up to that promise!

Positive: Very easy process to create client profiles and jobs. Organizes everything into an easy-to-see list that can be sorted based on priority, proximity, etc. Automates so much of the core workflow.

Negative: Nothing to note. In my experience with the platform, even minor bugs did not arise.

Summary: Switched over to ArboStar three months ago, and we've already seen results. If you aren't using tech like this in the arborist industry, you're missing out, in my opinion anyway.

Positive: So many features packed into one platform. Dozens of modules for virtually every aspect of my company. Easy onboarding with great training and customer support from ArboStar. Intuitive design. Fantastic automation. What more can I say?

Negative: Will update if anything comes up, but so far I don't have a bad word to say about this app.

Summary: Providing customer support is my job, and this app helps me do that a lot easier and more efficiently than before. But our whole team uses ArboStar, and there seems to be features for every team member, but I can only comment on the features I've used.

Positive: ArboStar has been very helpful at dealing with clients. It comes with an advanced ticketing system, automated SMS and email messages, and the ability to track issues by priority or convenience. Makes my job a lot easier.

Negative: Had a couple of quirks (our company got on early), but the ArboStar team sorted them out very quickly.

Summary: Has changed the way my team functions, making them more efficient and effective. Definitely would recommend.

Positive: Useful for a variety of project management tasks and goal-setting. Helps coordinate the team and keep everyone on the same page. Instant access to where each team is, fleet availability, equipment condition, etc.

Negative: Took a little while to train certain employees on the app usage, but this is true of any new tech.

Summary: I find myself primarily centered around only a few of the apps discrete modules, but there are also countless other modules at use by others in our company. So this really seems like a catch-all app with a multitude of uses.

Positive: One of my favorite features is the ability to get a full picture of the estimate without leaving the site. I can make them as detailed as I want, including the necessary equipment, number of people on the team, estimated hours, other expenses, you name it. And there's even an auto-estimator function to help take all these things into account. And it all works right from my phone.

Negative: I really don't have anything bad to say about the app. It has been incredibly helpful for my day-to-day work.

Summary: Would recommend, very useful app. A huge time saver and keeps everything organized and on time.

Positive: Fielding messages is very easy, as is scheduling messages and dealing with internal issues. The tools available are second to none, and it has saved me so much time over our old system.

Negative: It was a bit of a process to switch our system over to a new platform, but I'm personally glad we did. This platform is specifically geared toward the arborist industry, so it just makes sense for us to use dedicated software that's specific to our niche.

Summary: In the ways in which I've used the app, I'd highly recommend it. I haven't checked out all the features (there's a lot of them), but the ones I have used have proved to be very useful.

Positive: I love the auto-estimate feature and the ability to quickly turn estimates into work orders. I also really find the GPS photo-tagging ability to be very convenient. Instead of trying to describe trees and locations, I can snap a photo, and it's tagged by its location so there's no confusion for the workers.

Negative: I had an initial issue on mobile, but I contacted the customer service team and they responded prompt and accurately, solving my issue. So really no complaints here.

Summary: Very useful app that allows me to do my job effectively and see where all the equipment is at any given time. So much better than the old way of doing things.

Positive: Easy to communicate information across employees and clients, view what needs to be done, and get to doing it. GPS features, live map, equipment tracking, etc. Tons of useful ways to use the app.

Negative: Not really a con, but the interface looked different to me on my Windows tablet versus my phone, but I realized that was just a difference between the two operating systems.

Summary: With a clean UI and convenient ticketing system, this software makes my job easier and more efficient.

Positive: Very intuitive user interface, easy to field messages from both current and prospective clients, loads of sorting mechanisms. Very happy with this platform so far.

Negative: Nothing as of yet, but have only been using the platform for a few weeks now. Will edit if anything arises.

Summary: Top of the line features, geared specifically toward the tree care industry. This makes it the perfect fit for the type of reports I need to produce and interpret.

Positive: Easy to access reports and data cells. Dozens of ways to sort through clients and information. Easy to create and interpret analytical reports.

Negative: Took a bit of time to get used to the switch from more traditional accounting software. Glad I did though.

Summary: A superior service to other platforms we've tried in the past. This one is specific to the arborist niche, making it an ideal fit for us.

Positive: Excellent array of modules that have helped my company at both the micro and macro level to scale effectively. Very good customer service and roll out.

Negative: Nothing yet; will update if anything changes on that front.

Summary: A very helpful platform that has greatly increased my productivity. Would definitely recommend it.

Positive: Really helps me to make estimates quickly and easily and send them down the pipeline. I especially like the auto-estimate feature, as it's bang-on a lot more often than I would have thought.

Negative: I encountered what I thought was a bug on iOS when I first started using the software, but after reaching out to the customer service team, I realized it was on my end.
