Seems like the RIAA isn't wanting to step on any toe's here "Rutgers reports" that Jackson Brown is suing the Republican National Convention, John Mc Cain and the Ohio Republican Party. Isn't this the perfect arena for the RIAA and The MPAA lawyers to be showing what they are made of and that the playing field is level no matter what or who infringes on the rights of artists? in light of all the law suits going after college critters and meeting more and more resistance from the schools that this would be the perfect place to put their money where their mouth is rather than speculate on who or if some one is bootlegging music and actually go after a Documented infringement
