I am increasingly dismayed at the increasing lack of intelligent comments made to posts and various topics. It seems the coin of this realm is snide comments made by those who think themselves somehow superior or more knowledgable than everyone else, often with glaringly defective logic.

I fervently wish moderators could revoke the posting priveledge of the more asenine posters for a week or two. That would weed out the trolls and the ad hominem attacks.
