    Cheaper and easy to use

    Summary: Compared of similar CRM VTENext is cheaper and with higher level of customization. Even if it's simple to load data into it for sure you need to buy a development service because it's not a low code software.

    Positive: Data Import is quite easy but at the beginning someone has to guide you. The SDK give you a possibility to customize your CRM and you have no constraints from this point of view. Technical support is very fast and efficient.

    Negative: Relationship are allowed only for standard modules neither for light modules nor for customer ones. So, in the majority of cases you need a developer unless you just use the built-in modules.

    Good CRM

    Summary: Positive overall experience, it could be appreciated if the app was more developed in the next future.

    Positive: The great flexibility and capacity to integrate with other systems.
    The availability of software programmers.

    Negative: The app for some modules (especially those customized) is not good like the browser version.

    Versatile and Expandible

    Summary: Good CRM with countless customization and development possibilities (which unfortunately we are not yet using completely at the moment).

    Positive: Lots of features and possibility to personalize it.
    Good staff availability for development (although an easier direct contact would be preferable for small and rapid needs).

    Negative: The User Experience to be improved (too many different places where to personalize the pages make it a bit dispersive and complicated).
    Have a chance to have a NON cloud product, to work when there is no connection possibility.

    VTE - very good CRM

    Summary: Once implemented the system can register all informations needed that can be reached easly.
    It's also possible to customize reports in case that the standard view of each module is limited.

    Positive: The interface is very simple and intuitive.
    There is good possibility to customize by myself some areas.

    Negative: Processes feature is not easy to implement.
    Diagrams can't be customized.
