Summary: Best PPC automation software, on time notifications regarding changes in FBA fee, stock alerts, true profit calculations.

Positive: I was struggling a lo with our high ACOS and lost substantial amount of money on amazon PPC. I tried multiple ways but did not work. Then, I searched on Google about PPC automation software and i accidentally chose sellerboard. I activated my one month free trial and used sellerboard PPC automation option. To my surprise, Our ACOS come under 30% on 5th day of using seller board.

Thanks to team of sellerboard for saving my hard earned money on Amazon PPC.

Negative: Did not find shortcuts for using features.

Summary: I used them all, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Fetcher, etc. None of them compare to sellerboard. You just have to get used to the dashboard and then you will see how easy it is to manage your way through all of the neat ways to look at your account.

Positive: - The undisputed #1 amazon profit calculator software
- All of the amazon aggregators use it
- Ability to manage and play with your PPC accounts
- Interactive chart that you can add and remove metrics to visually see performance

Negative: - The user interface and graphics are ugly
- The take a while to load (1 minute or so) but that is maybe because they take fresh data every time, not sure

Summary: Extremely satisfied with this product. It has been recommended to other colleagues & sellers. Keep up the good work SellerBoard!

Positive: Excellent Support.
Ease of use UI.
Useful default Dashboard Filters.
Accurate accounting & well displayed data.
Helpful Learning Tools.

Negative: I would like an "At-a-Glance" Sales Trend (% or Graphic.)
The Margin is not displayed in the Inventory Tab; however, the ROI is shown.
Also, maybe a field to enter Supplier data.

Summary: My overall experience so far is good, honestly speaking I stopped using sellerboard subscriptions for few months to check if I can do it manually but in the end sellerboard wins and I will be using it for sure a long time.

Positive: Amazon reports are hard to track manually by looking each and every cost and also there's a fair chance of accountancy mistakes, sellerboard fetches real time data from Amazon and shows me exact cost and profits to almost 95~98% accuracy, also I can view my monthly profits, so I'm a fan of it and would continue using it at a very fair price tag of just $15 unless another software fulfill my requirements on a lower cost than seller board so I'm really really appreciate it👍

Negative: Sometimes I feel little confused because in the transaction section some payments to sales fluctuate, a little more i.e. per unit payment of$9.56 sometimes $9.43 do seller adjust them as well in their dashboard report or they just do per unit sake estimates.

Summary: It's a good tool. Easy and clear interface. Gives semi accurate data to help track and optimize your store. Would recommend it to people as a good addition to their E-com Toolkit.

Positive: It's a user friendly interface and makes analysing data about my Aamazon store very swift and clear. Though the calculations are off by a bit at times but overall it's a really good tool and the developers did an outstanding job with it.

Negative: Numbers data is off at times.
Interface is a bit laggy.

Summary: Overall I had enjoyed using the product and took maximum advantage of different features and Alerts from Seller-board.. Providing this Supportive and Monitoring product is a real benefit for sellers on Amazon.

Positive: *Easy to find bottom lines Profit Cost Margins, Profitability by product etc
*I got really very effective ALERTS and on time. At times upon taking actions on Alert I got refund from Amazon, substantially reducing my subscription cost of seller board. For acting on other Alerts either, I improved performance of my account or saved my account from adverse action from Amazon.
*In addition to features and options already available on board, upon my request//inquiries, Staff of sellerboard provided me schedules/summary/tables I needed.
* User friendly, inter active, easy to explore.
* Help/Support is excellent- I was never dis appointed by contacting Support.

Negative: * As it is said" There is always room for improvement" so in my opinion, may be I am wrong but certain features and options can be improved/added in the product such as Refund Analysis by reason of refund I:e Shipping address undeliverable, Customer return, etc Refund %, Product wise refund analysis etc. May be this feature available and I am not aware of.
* Small description/guidance on Graphics/ Chart/tabular presentation will be much helpful for Non-Financial sellers/traders.
* Display pattern/ Presentation may be improved
* Different Reports are available but you have to view / check them by month not for a required range of time period. Maybe I am not aware if this is already possible.

Summary: I strongly recommend this product for amazon sellers to see their financial status in realtime.

Positive: It shows you realtime datas from your amazon account. You can set all your expenses on it and work very well. Easy to use.

Negative: It need small improvements like in reports I need to see year to date section.
And FBA calculator is not working. It can be cheaper.

Summary: It helps manage your everyday business, and it's kind of helpful.

Positive: Looks great. Aggregate all your Amazon data.

Negative: For European sellers, they don't calculate VAT correctly on sales and advertising. I admit it's complex.
You end up with a 20% to 30% in your profit.
