Summary: Overall experience is amazing its minus our one department. Specifically for amazon its a great thing we can definitely add in our eCommerce amazon business.

Positive: I like that this is super user-friendly. The design is pretty attractive the pricing and inventory tool is amazing their support department is also doing well.

Negative: There is nothing to say as cons for this great app its eases our accounting for amazon everything I have experienced till now is very impressive.

Summary: Overall it’s amazing and I definitely recommend for all categories of selling on Amazon. Also the support team is efficient and professional. Thanks.

Positive: Sellerboard makes it very easy to tell if your Amazon business is profitable. It’s extremely confusing to me to calculate the profit using seller central so this makes it very easy.

Negative: Maybe that it’s a little hard to read because of the spreadsheet size, but I’ve gotten use to it.

Summary: Sellerboard is an accurate profit analytic service for Amazon seller.
Fast communication and good customer service!

Positive: Sellerboard is user friendly software! This software gives an easy way for Amazon Sellers to analyze profit and cost effectiveness on Amazon. It's a great profit/loss/inventory/ reimbursement tracker.

Negative: I'm still a new user, so far there is not an issue with the Dashboard and customer service!

Summary: I had challenges getting all my PPC video campaigns displayed in the beginning, showing the correct amounts matching SC, but after messaging a few times with the customer support everything got finally set up correctly.
Now I can use the tool like every other seller which makes me happy after all.
Fast communication with the support made it easy for me, thanks. It takes a little to set up all the "individual" costs but then it is a great indicator for every single product.

Positive: Great reference points for all products.
I use it as a tool to support my daily business and check quickly what is going on.

Negative: Took my a few times setting it up 3 times altogether, trial-phase and again in order to have it running correctly with the ppc costs sending screenshots to compare, but after all it is running now really exact.

Summary: The team is always very helpful. The best customer service I've ever come across.
I always get a reply by email within a few hours or even less.
The team is always helpful and follows up to see if I need more help before closing the email response.

Positive: I love many things about this tool.
It's easy to understand and the data is accurate.
I don't know how I can run my business without it.
It takes so much off my shoulders

Negative: Everything is great about it. If I don't understand something I always ask and it becomes easy to navigate.

Summary: Great, love it, customer for life. Guys, this is only 15 per month and you will literally make that back in the first month by keeping organized and reordering replens on-time. This tool gives you the big picture data you've been looking for.

Positive: SellerBoard is exactly what I've been looking for. Prior to finding sellerboard I was scattered trying to keep track of all of my amazon hidden expenses, cost of goods, inventory count, P&L, returns, & much more.

Sellerboard also offers templates and instructions on how to capture lost funds from amazons negligence...... WOW!

The interface and UI is so smooth and customizable. You can change any data point/metric to identify the KPI's you've been searching for.

Negative: One thing - I used to sell books, and purchased all of my inventory at a cost of $2 per unit. It would have been nice to have an option to input a bulk cost of good to all existing ASINS... I had to manually go to each asin and enter my $2 COG for each one.... very time consuming. Would have been nice to have a bulk select feature for multiple asins to input COG... just my 2 cents.

Summary: I would recommend if you need an accurate view of your Amazon business. Great product and great team to work with.

Positive: Among all the tools I've tried, sellerboard so far is the only profit/cost tracking software that can aggregate every aspects of costs for an accurate profit/loss view. Product cost, amazon inbound cost, returned product costs, sellable returns, reversed reimbursement etc.

I once ran into a number issue that the numbers do not match, their support are quick to response and their engineer team fixed the issue quickly.

Negative: I would prefer an option to amortize inbound transportation cost to number of units received and take into account when Amazon received units short.

The design doesn't really bother me. I prefer functionality over fanciness. Though the mobile app can be improved with more features.

Summary: Extremely useful tool especially for new sellers to optimize their business and it's worth every cent.

Positive: I've been using it over 1 year and I found it's the best way to track all FBA expenses, inventory and profits.
Great data reports interface, easy to compare account performance for last month or last year.
There is an option to set up review request emails.

Negative: I haven't found any issues and strongly recommend this tool.

Summary: I am just starting out in FBA / Private Label, but have run other businesses (mostly online). I dove in, sources a couple products, set up the Amazon listings, started PPC campaigns and began getting sales. Great news. Time to order more stock. But then I started looking at the Amazon statements - all the fees, returns, unsellable products, etc. Combine that with the fact that I had cash out of pocket on the restocks but the inventory was on a boat still. I realized that I needed to figure out how to track all of this.

I have a degree in finance, my brother is an accountant, so we started talking through the right way to track things and I quickly realized it would get very messy to try to use Xero or QuickBooks alone.

I have just stated to setup sellerboard, but it basically fills the wishlist for the P&L and Inventory tracking needed for a FBA business. I also think that the email automations will be very useful, just haven't gotten into them yet.

Positive: Loaded all of my Amazon data very quickly, faster than other tools I tried.
Great reports, easy to read and customize.
Tracks inventory costs per order vs me just entering one average.
Great value.

Negative: Have not found any yet. I am still setting things up, but it has been very easy so far.

Summary: Overall, this has been a godsend for my business. I manage multiple clients and this solves tons of pain points some of the bigger players simply don't.

Positive: 1. The analytics provided here are much more detailed and customizable then competitors who are much more expensive

2. This tool is very agency/contractor friendly. I manage multiple accounts and this tool allows me to view all of them at a time. I can also share only specific accounts with other users which is a must have for a contractor or and agency.

3. Allows me to bucket products by tag or parent asin. This is the best way to evaluate marketing efforts.

4. The tool also aids with cashflow, P&Ls, and other accounting and business metrics that are crucial. To top it off it integrates into Quickbooks making your accountant's life a breeze.

5. The tool also has a ton of other features that make it possible to manage my business analytically without having to spend a bunch of hours in spreadsheets.

Negative: 1. The only con I can honestly mention is that it doesn't have much in way product research or keyword research tools so it doesn't fully replace some of the more expensive tools.

Summary: Very efficient. I am so glad that I found this amazing website. It has really saved me time from having to do all calculation by my self.

Positive: I was so confused on how I could find my profits because I am an Amazon seller I downloaded a lot of Excel sheets all because I couldn't calculate out my benefits. When I discovered this beautiful and nice made website all my problems we all solved I was able to give an account of all my net profit I have made since 5 months. Negative: We would like to see also data of Etsy, but this platform doesn't support Etsy for now. maybe in the future.

Summary: Brilliant, customer service is top notch and the service provided is also very efficient. I personally use this on a weekly basis to see an overview of my ROI and margins and honestly it has saved me a lot of stress and time!

Positive: That software is the best you can use.
I did try many other ai automation but useless in compare with sellerboard for following reasons:
1- you can use on different channel such as Amazon - eBay and Shopify
2- you can use to automate your ppc
3- you can to generate reviews as it has auto messaging tools
4- you can use as calculating your profit after inserting goods and shipping cost

Negative: Didn't notice many all are good things and I really find it very useful for above reasons.

Summary: Great solution with great pricing for Amazon sellers - and not only amazon. I found their figures to be always extremely accurate and their support to clarify any doubt I had from time to time.

Positive: Very accurate and fast, fair pricing, good technology.
The main improvement to be done is to improve the UX to improve readability, but not a top priority.
Very good extra features like emails follow up. There are many that I don't use so definitely some unexploited potential there.

Negative: UX can be improved, making it a bit less similar to a Spreadsheet and a bit more graphically appealing (similar to Shopkeeper).
