    Summary: Ideal single pane of glass solution. We don't regret our choice - we were comparing many other tools and eG Enterprise stood out as a not super-expensive but a functionality rich solution. After 3 years of using the tool, i'd say we were right with our choice.

    Positive: Can monitor pretty much everything. Very detailed metrics. Create custom dashboards, good reports. Great value for money.

    Negative: Could be easier to configure. We are now using their CLI/API to automate some of the routine tasks.
