It’s pretty awful Date: Oct 12 2023
Summary: If usage based billing is in your business model, there’s limited options, so you get what you get. 😥 Rumor has been a new entrant would be coming to the market (last 3 years).
Positive: It covers billing requirements for office equipment dealers (metered usage). That’s it. Nothing else.
Negative: Support is terrible, it takes a week to get a response. The software codebase is antiquated. API integrations are few, and documentation for theirs is quite poor, so integrating with current software is a challenge. The services that power the software are super glitchy, some having to be started repeatedly for them to actually start.
