Summary: Ziflow has helped our team significantly from a compliance standpoint. We're able to easily upload content and edits to be reviewed. I really like that you can work on a proof in real time with other. Definitely recommend.
Positive: - Ability to organize proofs into custom files
- Ability to have several users on an account (working together in real time)
- Custom templates (who needs to be updated on changes)Negative: I don't have any cons to disclose. Can be tricky to navigate all the features if you are new to the platform, so make sure to have your team do a walk-through of the platform.

Summary: User-friendly and robust features. I’ve tried some other online proofing/collaboration platforms before, but Ziflow has the customer support, security, and enterprise features a company our size needs.
Positive: I love the automated workflows that allow us to review and approve our creative a lot faster.
Negative: Noticed a bug or two but the team was very responsive in correcting.
