The system enables real-time inventory tracking by lot, location, and expiry date, implementing FEFO/FIFO draw policies along with quality holds, counts, and transfers. Production processes are managed through version-controlled recipes and BOMs, where work orders meticulously document lot-level ingredient usage, automatically convert units, and analyze actual yields against planned outcomes.

Each receipt, production run, and shipment is interconnected by lot, facilitating a one-up/one-back genealogy system. This allows users to trace any lot forward to customers or backward to suppliers and conduct mock recalls, complete with a PDF report, thereby ensuring compliance with FSMA 204 recordkeeping requirements.

The purchasing module captures vendor lot details, including landed costs and price variances. It seamlessly integrates with platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Metrc, and LeafLink, and features a REST API for further customization.
