XPressEntry serves as an advanced physical security solution that utilizes handheld and mobile badge readers to enhance access control capabilities beyond traditional fixed door systems. This platform seamlessly integrates with over 40 PACS systems, such as Genetec, LenelS2, AMAG, and Honeywell, to extract cardholder information and permissions from the pre-existing framework. The XPID handheld readers are capable of validating badges and biometrics in locations where stationary readers are unavailable, providing immediate feedback on photo ID and access status. In emergency situations, personnel can scan badges at designated muster points, allowing XPressEntry to generate an up-to-date list of individuals present and accounted for. Additionally, entry and exit tracking features enable monitoring of movement in temporary or remote locations without the need for wired setups. The Events mode allows current badges to function as check-in credentials for various meetings and training sessions, enhancing operational efficiency. Furthermore, the Guard Tour functionality introduces defined patrol routes, checkpoint confirmation, and the ability to report incidents complete with photos, videos, and notes. Capable of operating offline, the readers synchronize data once an internet connection is established, making it possible to leverage existing PACS investments without requiring new infrastructure, thereby maximizing resource utilization.
