Once you get over the slightly erratic installation, its pretty much smooth sailing. Locations come in, texts are up to date. It did take pretty long to sync initially despite the customer support rep telling me it would take about 24 hours.

Negative: Customer rep could be better. they told it it would sync in 24 hours but it took longer.
