Summary: What can I say besides that this is the best tool designed for anxious parents like me. I can keep tabs on my kids all the time and know where they are after school too. Insanely good!!!!

Positive: Great set of features - call recording and location monitoring work excellently! Love that Tinder is supported too.

Negative: App doesn't work without internet, which is understandable. But if they came up w a solution for this that's be great.

Summary: Wasn’t sure if Xnspy would be the preferred app for company phone tracking but if the IT team isn’t complaining, I shouldn’t either. We have noticed slight device slowdowns occasionally but all in all, it works great. No complaints.

Positive: Get access to live device location, can block apps, see social media use and I’m told we can monitor certain keywords too.

Negative: Experienced device slowdown occasionally which can be frustrating sometimes.

Summary: Haven’t used it all that much since I bought it but when I do, it connects immediately. No lags, no problems so far.

Positive: Just works, not pricey at all. The features are plenty and again, for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Negative: Kinda difficult to install on Android phones. I'm using galaxy S21.

Summary: Absolutely floored by how well this app works. Considering it isn’t on the app store, I was doubtful but so far, it just works! Glad I picked the less pricey option for a change and it didn’t disappoint.

Positive: Unbeatable for the price, no other app comes close to how many features it has and at the $8 charge. Definitely one for those looking for a first experience.

Negative: None. I've yet to find some but the app just works on my devices.

Summary: So I had my doubts about this app but almost all of them have been sidelined for now. I say almost because ever since I installed it, it drains the battery way too fast. That’s the only issue so far.

Positive: The app has a great list of features and is low price too. It works great from what use I’ve gotten from it.

Negative: Xnspy does have a steep learning curve and may not be for every novice user. Also, it causes battery drain issues on my device.

Summary: It's recently been deployed into my company at the behest of a friend and it's been all praise for me so far. Maybe the UI could be a little less clunky on the dashboard and that they have no support for the dashboard on a mobile device.

Positive: Great tool to manage company phones and keep tabs on the usage by top-level management.

Negative: No companion app for mobile devices or tablets.
Can only view data from tracked phones via a computer.

Summary: The app works as advertised. Which is rare in this day and age. But the key takeaway for newbie users is that it requires a steep learning curve. That, and the fact that most of the time, you'll begin to wonder if it still is working. Because it doesn't offer direct access to the device and requires back ups to complete, the wait times can be long.

Positive: The plethora of features and the control it offers are unparalleled. Everything from social media, emails, location and app blocking features come in handy. The tools it provides users are plenty and almost every one of them works without a hitch.

Negative: The app requires an achingly long 24-48 hours to backup everything from the device it is installed on. If you need a quick solution to monitor for the weekend, this isn't it.

Summary: It’s a great fix for your screen-obsessed children. Not many parents accept that their children need intervention for their poor screen habits. But introducing limits just at the right time (when kids get their first device) could help them manage their time better as teens and adults.

Positive: Too many valuable features for parental control. It has features like surround recording, call recording. And remote features like the ability to take screenshots, phone lock, data wipe, and so on.

Negative: It’s pricier for parental control. The average propensity to spend on an app is much lower. The App Store and Google Play Store apps go for like $0.99, $2.99, etc. This one is for $4.99/month.

Summary: I am pretty satisfied with my experience so far. Went to customer service twice and got my problem solved (iPhone user, nonJailbreak). Plus it's not heavy on the pocket.

Positive: Great customer service.

Negative: Customer service is via chat only. Would be nice to have call as well. But response time is quick so it isn’t that bad.

Summary: I am not someone who regularly gives out reviews, but this monitoring app, XNSPY, truly deserves appreciation. It really was my savior when I needed to go for a road trip, leaving my kids behind. I used XNSPY to monitor their location, who they are in touch with, and what they are watching on the internet while I am not physically present to keep a check on them. The app ran smoothly throughout, and I did not experience any glitch. Also, the remote microphone access feature is my favorite one. I used it often to check that my kids are studying, and not wasting time with friends.

Positive: The customer support is excellent and almost available 24/7. They explain what the issue is and why it could take the required amount of time to fix an issue.

Negative: The website makes it look like the entire process is a breeze. But it’s not. It takes a lot of your time, effort, and going back and forth with the support team to get it started. The software comes with caveats that aren’t mentioned enough on the website.

Summary: It has been more than a year I have been using Xnspy. And it has been great. From features to the pricing plans, everything is good.

Positive: This app is so accurate! I liked the fact that it records all the data in real-time. Also, being a parent of teens, I found the web activity tracking, geofencing, and Watchlist alerts are pretty cool too. They have been a major help.

Negative: None for me. Since there is no trial version, it might come off as a con. But I combed through the site and it has all the details. There were detailed guides on using each feature which helped me a lot.

It gives us general idea of how devices are being used without diving deep into things. Screen time tracking has been useful for spotting patterns. There’s a slight delay in logs sometimes, but overall it’s been fairly manageable.
