Summary: Since switching to Volie, our team has seen a huge improvement in efficiency and communication. The team at Volie is amazing, Lauren who helps with my account is great with communicating and helping me make sure we always are up to date to give our customers the best! Scott I got to personally meet and he has been great overall to make sure not only my team but my dealership is aiming to be the best! The platform is incredibly easy to use, making it simple for our staff to stay organized and focused. I love how it centralizes everything in one place, reducing wasted time and confusion. The reporting and tracking features give us clear insights into performance, which helps us coach and motivate our team. Volie also makes connecting with customers faster and more professional, improving both productivity and customer satisfaction. Overall, it’s streamlined our workflow and given us the tools we need to succeed.
Positive: Volie has been a game changer for our team. It’s super easy to use, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes tracking results way less of a headache. We’ve saved a ton of time and it’s helped us stay way more organized. Plus, it makes reaching out to customers smoother and more effective. Honestly, it’s made our day-to-day so much easier.
Negative: Volie’s been really helpful overall, but there are a couple things that could be better. Sometimes it takes a little while to get used to the setup, and there are features we wish were a bit more customizable. Every now and then we do have issues come up but their team is always on it to make sure the aim to get it fixed ASAP. Nothing major, but a few tweaks would definitely make it even smoother!

The best partner you can have for a successful BDC Date: Sep 11 2025
Summary: Install, training and live launch was less than 30 days. We had the constant coaching and support of our Volie CSR. The continuing support in the form of 20 groups, zoom meeting with the Directors of Volie regarding the new innovations to the software have all been invaluable. The fact that my call and appointment productivity have increased almost 400% is the biggest win after choosing to partner with Volie.
Positive: The customer support is second to none. The ease of use and the ability to immediately double productivity by streamlining a call center has been unheard of in the automotive industry until now. Volie is constantly improving and innovating.
Negative: No one is perfect and i have tried to find a negative, but there are none

Summary: I highly recommend Volie to any call center. It has defiantly made communicating with our customers easier and more efficient. Even though we are an onsite BDC you can basically use Volie anywhere. It is also an easy to use tool for reporting and managing calls and activities.
I can't say enough about the personal with Volie as well. Anytime I have questions or ideas I am promptly followed up with. They are very professional to work with. The team at Volie is always on top of working on new ideas to make the system more useful.Positive: Increases agent productivity, customizable platform, reduces missed opportunities, ease to use for both agents and management, resourceful reporting.
Negative: Occasional lags in phone calls where the phones are not matching up on the conversation.
