Not what I expected Date: Feb 21 2021
Summary: Virtuagym did not deliver the product they promised and I can see a big gap between our sales call and what I actually got in return. Does not worth the price. Not recommended at all!
Positive: The most valuable feature is the ability to customize almost everything and the freedom to control the design and the different tiles.
Negative: Customer service is poor, they don't have an office in the US. Onboarding process is very poor and very long while we are paying an unfinished product. Most of the built in features like 'workouts' 'challenges' and 'schedule' are very limited and not easy to use.
