The software utilizes AI technology to examine each certificate—whether it's an ACORD 25 PDF or a photo—ensuring it verifies general liability limits, policy dates in relation to the event date, additional insured wording, and liquor liability coverage. Vendors receive precise instructions on any necessary corrections along with automatic reminders, while your dashboard clearly indicates the status of each vendor as approved, pending, or requiring fixes. Once a vendor is approved, they automatically carry over for your subsequent events, streamlining the process. Additionally, a complimentary COI checker is offered, and the first event is free of charge, enhancing accessibility for users.
