    Summary: Excellent. I've been looking for this kind of solution over the last six months and I bet I lucky that I found one

    Positive: Intuitive user interface, omnichannel support works seamlessly, strong automation & templates, and analytics & reporting are insightful

    Negative: A few integrations are still maturing — there are occasional quirks when connecting certain channels or CRMs; some features could benefit from further polish.
