Transcreva Description

Transcreva converts audio and video recordings into text format, with Brazilian Portuguese as the default language while also accommodating other languages. Users can upload files in various formats such as MP3, M4A, WAV, WhatsApp OGG voice notes, and MP4 to receive a transcript that includes timestamps; they can click on any line to listen to that specific segment of the audio. Transcripts can be exported in TXT, DOCX, SRT, or VTT formats. The free plan permits the processing of three files daily, each with a maximum size of 45 MB, without requiring user registration or credit card details, although it limits the visible text to the first 30 minutes for longer recordings. The platform ensures that audio files are deleted after one day for guests, after seven days for free users, and after thirty days for subscribers. Users can opt for the Plus plan at R$29,90 per month, which provides 100 audio hours each month, or the Pro plan at R$79,90 per month, allowing 300 audio hours monthly, with a maximum file length of 10 hours or 2 GB; speaker identification is available for up to 10 hours in the Plus plan and 20 hours in the Pro plan. Payment options include Pix and credit card. Furthermore, the entire interface is available in Portuguese, making it user-friendly for native speakers.
