Summary: Our general experience could define it as perfect, because this platform has managed to develop new work techniques and we can move forward as a business. Previously, we managed the learning material manually, it was a quite complicated process and it required constant paperwork of the work material that our employees were using, however, after the arrival of this software, we have been able to perfectly monitor what learning our employees are having, qualify them for the learning they have been having lately, we can also give recognition to each one of them so that they feel enthusiastic. I am happy with this software and that I am currently using it, it has provided me with excellent benefits both for myself and for the employees in general. It is important to highlight that the general use of this is good, it has been quite simple, at no time have we presented confusion with the working mechanics of this software.

Positive: Tovuti It is a fairly complete system to promote the learning of employees and ensure that they can learn together, with the collaboration of other colleagues. Managing the learning of our employees is quite a complex task, since we have to take into account each of the learning materials used by each of the employees and know if they are using the right material to develop activities and knowledge for the work they do. introduces me to the company. One of the things that I like the most about this software is that it has a virtual classroom, this virtual classroom is excellent to function as a live virtual classroom, I love it because it works in real time and helps the learning to be synchronized, It allows all employees to learn in the class simultaneously. We use the virtual classroom feature approximately twice a week to discuss learning topics and to be able to bring new learning information to our employees. Another of the things that I like the most about this software is that it allowed me to create a forum where my employees can interact, share learning material, post or comment on the material they are using. This forum is quite complete, it works like any other forum and allows employees to post and debate among themselves online. Finally, I must mention that I loved the gamification function, with this function I can provide various badges or recognitions to the most outstanding employees and those who have had a higher learning than others, this function also allows me to create a qualification system where everyone employees can compete with each other to have one learning greater than another.

Negative: Since we started using this platform in all sectors of our company we have not had any problems, all our employees have been able to develop new work techniques and have had a joint learning where everyone has been able to discuss the material I am using and they can share new courses with each other. This platform has been very useful for our entire company and has never provided any type of error, in addition, we must mention that the support team has done everything possible to always be attentive to all our doubts, we cannot complain about that support team either. because they have always been there to help us get on the platform. For now, I have no complaints about Tovuti, Both the desktop and mobile versions work perfectly, I can interact with other employees, share work material and learn from the whole no matter what device I am using .

Positive: When the world got hit by Covid pandemic, everyone in our institution was very much concern that how will we carryout our semester proceedings and then Tovuti gave us the solution for everything and we were able to continue our routine studies through it's brilliant features along keeping social distancing intact.

Negative: Tovuti is a savior LMS tool for all reasons and don't have any cons in its feature set and deliverance.

There are several renowned tools within the Tovuti LMS like white boards, gamification, virtual classroom, and media library etc. Instructors can construct their own content library or may also use very significant built in library from Tovuti for delivering their content in effective manner.

Negative: There are several significant and perfect tools available within the LMS and there are nothing left for the users to count as a con.

Summary: Overall Tovuti provides everything it promised for and fulfill the needs of every user very satisfactorily. I am one of the big admirers of Tovuti LMS and like it's every feature. I refer every person related to educational organizations to Tovuti. Must give a try to Tovuti as their LMS.

Positive: Tovuti is polished and well organized tool and has become one the best tool and in my view it will become the most important tool in future for fulfilling learning processes. It has lot of pros and the most importantly is able to place everything needed for learning management at one place under single portal interface.

Negative: It is growing and polishing its features with passage of everyday and I can see that it is going to be one of the Con free tools in the industry. For now a little bit improvement needed in gamification section.

Negative: Tovuti has provided the learning experience for teachers and students in such a fun way and well organized that I didn't feel any Con in this LMS.

Summary: My overall experience with Tovuti use is amazing and I really enjoyed the features this tool provides for conducting classes and interacting with your students. Grading with gamification is a great fun in this beautiful LMS tool.

Positive: Tovuti has each and everything a learning management system can have in it. We can do any thing and run any required action for smooth E-learning experience. It has all the features like classroom, video interaction, course outlines and grading systems with very attractive manners.

Negative: Tovuti has left no corner unattended while creating this wonderful tool and none of the issues or cons I noticed in this tool till date.

Summary: Tovuti has made everything easy and simple for me as an instructor and overall I am completely satisfied with the tool capabilities.

Positive: Tovuti provides such an amazing LMS platform that we actually doesn't need any other additional software to fulfill our learning needs. The product also comes with a pre build library , where we can find different helpful courses and I like it the most. The support provided by the Tovuti people in different issues is great addition.

Negative: I feel Tovuti is a great addition in LMS related tools and have all the capabilities needed for such tools, so I haven't noticed any Cons so far.

Summary: Overall I am more than satisfied with this tool of Tovuti LMS and I think it has been a great decision to introduce and integrate this software in our organization. It has made the learning and study related things lot easier and comprehended.

Positive: The most beautiful thing I seen in the Tovuti LMS is that it has a very attractive interface which keeps the teachers and students engaged during it's use and the overall software is very easy to handle and organize. There are a lot of features Tovuti provides, but the few basic are the virtual classes through video, white boards , raise hands, gamification and content libraries' etc.

Negative: Tovuti looks to be a well crafted and deep researched software and I didn't find any flaw whatsoever while using it.

Summary: It was a great experience. From talking to the sales guy and deploying the software. It was a breeze.

Positive: The ability to create custom software based off of Tovuti's APIs is great. As well the integration to SSO and IdP providers is a big plus.

Negative: Theres no headless options, though they do offer company branding.

Summary: Overall it was a great experience using Tovuti. We used Tovuti as a learning management system at our institution and I think it is a very beneficial tool in many ways to both teachers and students. The feature of social learning is very beneficial on a way that students doesn't have to rely to learn from their instructors only, instead they can learn from each other too by collaborating with each other by using this feature.

Positive: Being a faculty member Tovuti LMS helped me in solving many of my issues regarding management of my teaching courses and delivering my lectures online to students. Tovuti LMS also offers a very easy to understand and manageable interface for users and they doesn't need to have any special training to start using its functions. The support staff of Tovuti LMS is very knowledgeable and friendly and are always keen to help users in case of any queries.

Negative: I didn't see anything to dislike about Tovuti at my level of usage, and after all assessments and feedback from faculty and students I found a very positive response about Tovuti LMS.

Summary: Tovuti was able to help us standardize the company. Each new employee took the same trainings and learned the same materials. It has been very helpful.

Positive: Tovuti is very customizable. The virtual classroom is a great tool for meeting with users and conducting trainings. The interactive content are creative and make our trainings more unique.

Negative: Tovuti is not the easiest LMS to master. It did take several months to become familiar with all aspects of the program. Thankfully, the help website is easy to use and the help team responds quickly to any questions.
