Summary: Tovuti LMS is a fairly complete software when it comes to business learning, it provides the best materials, books and courses so that we can have a long-term learning, with various topics. In our company, Tovuti LMS has helped us to carry out better strategies in our real estate sector, we have been able to take various courses in Tovuti and best of all, this software provides us with a real and fully valid certificate when we complete a course. Tovuti has allowed us to learn more as a working group, we have been able to share very useful material with our colleagues, and we have also been able to monitor the learning that our colleagues are having in real time. I am very pleased with the results so far and will continue to use it long term.

Positive: Tovuti LMS is for us, a great solution to learn new work techniques every day and develop new skills that allow us to have a better performance when it comes to fulfilling our tasks. During our experience with Tovuti LMS one of the things that I liked the most are:

- Tovuti LMS has a fairly complete library for all types of business areas and for all types of labor sectors. I have loved the way in which I can find all kinds of learning material in Tovuti, without any kind of limit, it allows me to access a large number of courses, books and brochures with which I can learn new things about the Sales sector where I currently work.

- In Tovuti LMS I can see real-time monitoring of the things my colleagues are learning at a given time. In the overview panel I can see what learning material they are reading, and I can see the progress they are making in real time. All the material is readable through Tovuti, so it is easy to know exactly what percentage of learning a person is having with a material or course.

- All the material found in the Tovuti library is downloadable. I can export any type of Tovuti course or book to my computer or mobile phone and learn from various devices. It is very important to be able to download all this learning material without paying anything extra.

- I love the way I can create a forum for all my colleagues and employees to share learning material. In this forum that we have created with Tovuti for our employees, we can share material to improve sales and have a better marketing system.

Negative: During our experience with Tovuti LMS, most of the factors that have been highlighted are positive, but it is important to mention a few negative factors that have also been presented, these were:

- The prices we paid for our Tovuti LMS subscription were quite high. Tovuti prices are above many other platforms that offer a similar service. Currently we continue to use it because we have found quite functional material for our work environment, however, we consider that it should offer more accessible prices.

- There is no way to save an article, book or course in a favorites section so that you can start learning later. Currently, you can only view materials and start learning right away, users cannot save a material to a favorites section to share with colleagues later. This is a much needed feature.

Summary: Overall I like the idea that there is a program that I can use to and create my own curriculum and transform it to an elearning experience.

Positive: I love the idea that I can train and incorporate my curriculums to this program and create my own elearning.

Negative: What I didn't like is the price and how there is a charge so you are able to charge for a course in the pro.

Summary: Overall, this has been a great start to getting our full online learning presence active. Tovuti's customer service has been excellent and they have been working closely with us to get us all of the solutions they can.

Positive: The virtual classroom is great for all of the options it grants, and the customization options are pretty fantastic.

Negative: The interface is not the easiest to navigate, both backend and on the consumer side. There are a few areas that customization could be implemented ideally.

Summary: Tovuti has given us the opportunity to provide a truly immersive classroom teaching experience by integrating coursework and virtual classrooms with interactive content and social options like forums and groups.

Positive: Tovuti has an incredible way of integrating many of the pieces needed to create truly engaging virtual experiences with an audience.

Negative: They are still working out some minor bugs and some of the features need a little tweaking.

Summary: The features for the price quoted were great. Also it was easy to learn and didn't have TOO much - some other sites had so many options that we as a company didn't need and which were overwhelming as a learning admin

Positive: The course building software is easy to use, once I learned to do it the first time. I like the ease of signing people up for the site and how automated we can make that process, leaving less work for each admin. It is easy to track each users progress

Negative: Customer service is very responsive but sometimes does not know the answer to questions. I find I have to jump between pages a lot to get the software to do what I want.

Summary: Overall the experience from my end has been fair but I would definitely like to see changes made to the virtual classroom.

Positive: The customer service is quick and responsive and very helpful. The front end for users can be made to be customized and easy to for users.

Negative: The virtual classroom needs more work. The screen sharing tool cuts off often, participants can get into the sessions to easily a waiting room would be nice.
