PSVTracker serves as a comprehensive portfolio management tool designed for investors with diversified assets across both public markets and private investments. Unlike most personal finance applications that limit themselves to tracking brokerage and bank accounts, PSVTracker includes a broader range of assets, such as real estate syndications, private equity and venture funds, direct property holdings, cryptocurrency, precious metals, vehicles, and liabilities, all integrated seamlessly alongside linked brokerage accounts. The software automatically computes various financial metrics including XIRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, cash-on-cash returns, equity multiples, and CAGR for each investment as well as for the entire portfolio. Additionally, it enables users to assess their performance by comparing expected outcomes against actual results based on sponsor projections, meticulously tracks all capital events—including contributions, distributions, and returns of capital—manages complex ownership structures and nested entities, and efficiently marks the status of K-1 forms, whether received or pending. Connections to banks and brokerage accounts are securely facilitated through Plaid, while data is protected through encryption both in transit and at rest using AWS services.
