The platform automates review processes by providing reminders, progress dashboards, and customizable templates, integrating self-assessments, manager evaluations, and peer feedback alongside comprehensive 360-degree reviews. Throughout the year, continuous feedback is documented, ensuring that evaluations are based on concrete evidence rather than relying solely on recent recollections. The system facilitates the cascading of MBO and OKR objectives from the company level down to teams and individuals, enabling real-time tracking of progress. Additionally, an optional MBO & Compensation feature connects performance objectives with bonus structures.

To enhance the review process, an AI writing assistant is available to draft and refine feedback, while a questionnaire generator creates review forms based on simple descriptions. AI technology is integrated across all subscription plans. The platform further supports performance evaluations with tools such as a 9-box grid for calibration, a skills matrix, templates for one-on-one meetings, and comprehensive reporting features. The user interface is available in multiple languages including English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German, and users have the option of a self-hosted deployment. For smaller teams, the service is free for up to 10 users, with a subsequent fee of €10 for each additional user per month, making it accessible for a range of businesses.
