Summary: I think the platform has helped us improve our understanding of the configurations in Oracle Fusion. Having these two aspects together in one tool is an advantage to stay on top of the constant changes.

Positive: SyntraFlow gives great insight to our eCommerce team into the configuration changes within Oracle Fusion. Because of the constant updates to different processes, it was hard to keep up with what changes had been made and the potential impact they could have. Configuration Intelligence makes this process much smoother. It also helps us, the business, keep up with the constant changes on the technical side. Having the release and test capabilities co-located on one platform is beneficial to our team for collaboration and preparing for quarterly releases.

Negative: The platform covers a wide range of enterprise requirements, and it takes much time to learn all of the available functions. I suggest adding more guided onboarding material for the users.

It has significantly reduced regression testing time while also improving test coverage and process visibility. They has allowed my QA team to shift their focus to defect analysis and business validation.

Negative: There is a learning curve that the team must overcome to fully benefit from using SyntraFlow. Moreover, test scenarios must be updated as Oracle Fusion business processes change over time. Some manual testing expertise may be required to tackle highly specialized and exploratory scenarios.
