There wasn't anything/anyone else out there that could have come even close to meeting the requirements and not having the project costs balloon out of control.

Negative: Nothing of note. With our customer base the extent of capabilities can be intimidating to non-technical, but that's just because the product is versatile. The help guides are also great.

Positive: I liked the fast response whenever I had questions. The UI created is user friendly and intuitive.

Negative: We have yet to run into any snags so no "cons" thus far.
