    Summary: I have been using Speedy Claims for 5+ years and it is one of the best companies and program that I have ever worked with. It's simple and takes me about 2 minutes to file a claim. Now that's pretty fast. If they are a repeat patient, Speedy Claims saves all patient information and then it takes me 30 seconds or less to file a claim. I LOVE Speedy Claims and would highly recommend it everyone!!

    Positive: Hi My name is Janet Coit and I am the Practice Manager for my husband who is an Optometrist. I file all my Medicare and United Health Care claims with Speedy Claims. We work together in Colorado Springs, CO. I love Speedy Claims as it is the easiest program you will ever use for claims. It saves all your patient information so when they return to your office, you just need to put the diagnosis code in and the date as long as their personal information didn't change. Matt at Speedy claims is so easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or problems. If you leave a message, he gets back to you Almost Immediately. I would strongly recommend Speedy Claims for your insurance billing.

    Negative: There are absolutely no Cons for me. The program is so user friendly and Matt walks you through the process of filing when you first install the program. Matt is easy to get a hold of and answers his phone all the time. If you need to leave a message, no worries at all as he will call you right back. I do not have any cons on this program.

    Summary: Overall my experience with the Speedy Claims software is extremely positive. I have been very please with the ease of use in an office where I am in charge of all of the billing in addition to using my other skills to contribute elsewhere in a very small office.

    Positive: I appreciate how simple the Speedy Claims software is to use. I like how it exactly resembles a claim form. I like how easy it is to add and subtract insurance companies, providers and patients.

    Negative: My only negative is when a charge is $0.00 it will not print the 0.

    Summary: Overall, I think it is easy to do repeat billing with all the information in one place. I was probably one of the beginning users and I have told many people others about this product.

    Positive: I have been using Speedy Claims for a very long time. I think it is the best. I hate the billing part of this business. Speedy Claims makes it easy. I talk to Matt Lester may times in the beginning when I was learning the program. I am not that good at technical things. Speedy is a good word for this program because it is very fast.

    Summary: Speedy Claims has helped me maintain accurate records for insurance billing in my small (one person) PT practice. I am satisfied with the product and recommend it to colleagues.

    Positive: I like that the version I have does not require a monthly subscription - one fee and it consistently works and updates. So many are now requiring a monthly subscription versus an outright purchase and I prefer the purchase. The forms are easy to create, save and print.

    Negative: It took a little time to figure out the formatting, but it is doable.

    Summary: The software works very good, no glitches or missing tools it has been designed to allow users do the work fast and without missing boxes. The menu is simple, any user will get familiar with this program in a short time. Does not require any special training.
